The two technicians Mike and Luciano where very professional and informative while in my home . I would recommend Reliance after the encounter I have had with them . They where able to answer any questions that I had and very clean a pawn there departure

Kylle is a fantastic worker. His customer service skills are great and he put in a new water heater tank for us. His service was superb without any issues. I highly recommend this Technical Expert to anyone.

My Furnace broke down midst winter and needed a new furnace fast. Called Reliance and had their techs examine my existing for any further hope to get it up and running again. Unfortunate for me, this was not possible. New furnace was the way to go. Asked if they can get it installed the next day (Sunday), they could not promise but said will try and they did. I had their installers show up at 845 am with a new furnace, took them some time to install but they did it and got it running by 3pm. Their challenge was with furnace venting. Previous furnace venting was not done right hence the problem we ran into in the first place. These installers were faced with a distance well over 10 feet from furnace to exterior wall where they managed to send the pipe between ceiling joist to exterior wall with out ripping down my ceiling. They did a great job and in timely manner.

I am really pleased with the professionalism of Matt and Rick, they did an excellent job of installing my new furnace and putting my a/c unit right where I wanted it, there workmanship is 2nd to none! And as for Brian the sales person, I would gladly recommend him to any one looking for a system, not pushy at all, and took the time to address all my concerns, then left the decision to me, without any further pressure at al! This was very important to me! Thank you all for a job well done! LOU.

I had technical expert Kylle Purcell come in today and fix my water tank. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I'm happy with the service that he provided and I recommend him to anyone.

My water heater was leaking at the site of the plastic drain. I notified Reliance and the next day a Service Rep. came to my home. The Advisor, Josh Z., was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Also, he cleaned up afterwards. I appreciated his good interpersonal skills along with his abilities in repairing this issue in a timely manner. Thanks to Josh Z. Reliance, you are fortunate to have such a positive employee on your team.

What service! Right from the start I had confidence in the installation. They made sure our carpets were covered to prevent any damage. It was fast and efficient. Most importantly, they were friendly and kind.

I would like to thank the Customer Service Representative who was on call on the night of 25th February (2016). I'm sorry I don't remember her name. I had a shower very late that night and felt the water was not as hot as usual even though I turned it up. This happened a few times in the past. I knew I wouldn't have hot water in the morning, and the next day was going to be a busy day. Not only a busy day but a very worrisome, my son suffered from a concussion during a ski trip with his school a few days back. We're waiting to see my family doctor and got an appointment the next day, as you can imagine, no hot water in the house in this cold weather would just add more stress. So I called 24-hr Service and this lady was so helpful and comforting, she was trying her best to schedule me in. The next early morning, the technician called and fixed my water heater just before I had to take my son to school. I was so pleased, then I could deal with the day ahead of me. I am so grateful to what she did and her kindness (I wish I have her name, my apology), thank you and God bless.

I called reliance because I needed an extra tank installed in my triplex. I currently had a 50gal with Reliance and my own 40gal that has seen better days. I replaced my old 40 with a new PV 40 from Reliance. I have had a few issues with Reliance in the past but this time, your service technician was awesome and very knowledgeable. His name was Jordan and if it was at all possible I would love to deal with him every time. The technician that came by to initially assess my needs, Lance, was also very nice and personable.

Andre Dyer came to increase our water heater for us this morning. He was very polite and fixed the problem right away. We have been renting the water heater for years and we always had good service from this company.
