I would like to thank the Customer Service Representative who was on call on the night of 25th February (2016). I'm sorry I don't remember her name. I had a shower very late that night and felt the water was not as hot as usual even though I turned it up. This happened a few times in the past. I knew I wouldn't have hot water in the morning, and the next day was going to be a busy day. Not only a busy day but a very worrisome, my son suffered from a concussion during a ski trip with his school a few days back. We're waiting to see my family doctor and got an appointment the next day, as you can imagine, no hot water in the house in this cold weather would just add more stress. So I called 24-hr Service and this lady was so helpful and comforting, she was trying her best to schedule me in. The next early morning, the technician called and fixed my water heater just before I had to take my son to school. I was so pleased, then I could deal with the day ahead of me. I am so grateful to what she did and her kindness (I wish I have her name, my apology), thank you and God bless.
