We had Shareem come in from Reliance this morning to repair our furnace. He was fantastic. Polite, efficient and made us feel extremely comfortable. He fixed the problem quickly, and explained it to us very well. 10/10 he was fantastic, and if possible, I will be asking for him if we need them in again.

Repaired furnace. Persisted until problem identified and fix implemented. Very persistent and professional. Highly recommend.

Called to get furnace installed for winter. Decided to go with furnace and central air on a monthly contract. Randy Brown was proffesional, very helpful and quickly gave us options that would fit our budget. Install date was scheduled promtly and we would reccomened to others. Great service.

Very pleased with the service as Reliance technician (Team Member# 1806) persisted until he found the problem with our heating issue and until it was resolved!!! Very grateful!!!

Had furnace problems for a few years. First company that came 3 years ago (name withheld), said only option new furnace. The furnace was only 5 years old. Have muddled through til now, constantly restarting the furnace. Reliance came today. First time. Very nice young man, cleaned something to do with the ignition. Only charge was for service call, no parts required. They have now got a new permanent client. Very happy with this experience.

Julian silver did a great job ensuring the best price for us, best advice and kept an eye on the job the whole way through, whether it was early morning or at night, kept consistent with calling us. The crew that did the installation did very well, respectable and stayed late to ensure we had heat tonight

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Paid for thermostat installation and Google nest. Have been without heat for 5 days and they have sent the wrong technician 2 days in a row. They said they would come today at 8am and still, no one has come. Finally got through on the support line and have been told we now have no appointment. Requested a refund yesterday and was told no. WORST Customer service - Will NEVER USE this company again.

I usually don't leave to many bad reviews but in this case Reliance is owned by people who dont care about its reputation or integrity. You should steer clear of purchasing or renting from Reliance, if I could give it a 0 or minus 1 review I would. The Gouvernment should revamp the rules and laws concerning these kinds of contracts and make it next to impossible for companies like Reliance to take advantage of loopholes and consumers. I have a contract with Reliance for a furnace, AC and hot water unit. The Furnace has caused me nothing but problems with breakdowns, poor installation by the technicians. The pressure switches where not the right ones for the model furnace I have which took at least 7 visits over 2 years and days of no heat to figure out after finally being told the problem by an experienced technician. The AC unit coolant leeks out because the original install technicians had not properly soldered the joints as per the repair tech, and again more experienced. The unit needs to be recharged every 2 years. I've also had 3 techs tell me the furnace has not been properly installed from day, these techs are the ones on call for Reliance. The last straw that broke the camels back was trying to book annual furnace service but being told it would take 3 months to get an appointment for a cleaning and filter change.

Ian came today to do my annual furnace maintenance which I have a plan for. He was professional, efficient, helpful, friendly. He walked me through how to use my humidifier properly with some good tips. I was very pleased with the service he provided and would request him again.
