    Furnace and tankless

    We just recently met with Brendan Murray with respect to replacement of our furnace. Eventhough we were not happy that we had to endure this expense at this time I must say that Brendan made it so that we were well informed and gave us a detailed explanation of the best product for our home. Brendan clearly loves his job as it showed in his personality and his knowledge for the products he sells. He was understanding and was willing to listen to our needs as well as affordability. We would recommend Brendan and reliance to our friends and family. Thank you Brendan!!

    Hot water

    Our hot water tank stop working and it was service by reliance technician Gurmeet.He called before coming and finish the job on timely manner.I am really satisfied with the service provided. Also got into a plan which covers my home plumbing.

    New furnace & AC

    My Sales Rep Michelle Bosch was great She was very helpful & knowledgable, answered all my questions quickly, even one day when she was at a funeral The installers were also good Unfortunately they ran into an unexpected problem with removal of my old unit which escalated my case to Ryan Mote I did not find Ryan as helpful or sympathetic as he should have been under the circumstances Due partially to him I was left without heat for 5 days during a rather nasty cold spell If Michelle could have taken care of it herself I think it would have turned out much better

    helped with water heater

    nice guy, helped me and overlooked my mistakes. my basement flooded the day before I guess my water heater got some water in it I overlooked this and lost all my hot water

    Furnace

    Problems with 20 year old furnace and boiler during the last two winters. Reliance able to fix it and parts arrived in a reasonable time. After a few repairs, decided to lease a new furnace from reliance.

    inspection and adjustments

    Vahid inspected, adjusted and explained, the heating coming from the vents. After he left I had another question about the humidifier, and he returned to show me how to re-adjust it to my comfort. Thanks Vahid.

    new furnaceinstallation

    I recently purchased a new furnace. The service provided by home comfort advisor Sean Hennessey was excellent,he explained all the options and information for the furnace best suited for our home and all payment options including follow up after installation was completed. Thanks Sean 5 star service. The installers Jeff(#2995) and Conner (#3430). They arrived at scheduled time and layed mats down so as not to mark up the floors and carpet areas. They installed the furnace removed the old one and cleaned up. They explained all the work they had done and all operating procedures for new furnace. Well done gentlemen extremely professional.     Water heater

    Saleem and Mike came to fix the water heater, fast and efficient. They called prior to arriving. Great service. Very happy with reliance and am satisfied with their services. I would recommend them to anyone.

    Hot Water Tank Change

    I called Reliance to downgrade my water tank (the home I moved into had a 75 gallon tank, which was overkill). They arranged a consultation visit. Technical Advisory John Wynne came to my house, evaluated the situation, clearly explained his recommendation and was even able to do the change right there on the spot, which was great! He was up front, efficient, clean and took the time to explain everything to me. Absolutely incredible customer experience!

    Furnace relocation, replacement and more

    A flood started a total rethink of the use and layout of my basement (the old equipment was in the centre of the basement as with many older houses). Mike McArthur from Reliance designed a utility package to best suit my needs; a package that not only gave me a new rental furnace and AC that will save energy and funds every year but had no upfront costs. In addition the rebate allowed for Andrew and Lucas from NCE to relocate the furnace and install a tankless hotwater system. Everything arranged by Mike and installation within days of our inhouse evaluation. Prompt, knowledgeable and zero hassles. The benefits - my rental costs have not changed, now I rent brand new equipment rather than renting 23 year old equipment. - I don't hear the furnace running any longer - I'm not heating water I'm not using - the Nest thermostat was a nice (free) bonus And if that wasn't enough, I have my basement back. A somewhat empty blank canvas.. oh the possibilities with unobstructed sight lines. Overall, I would highly recommend Mike for the in house evaluation, scheduling and follow up and NCE for the relocation.
