Needed replacement furnace, a/c and water tank. Sam and Frank were awesome sales guys and were on time every time and they gave a great price. More so, the technicians, Amir, Adam and Manny - I cannot find more praise for them as they were out of the top tier - friendly, polite, awesome and respectful of our concerns and placement of equipment and overall - very satisfied - WOW! When we couldn't get our smart thermostat to link into our phones the day of our furnace install John Planinac from Cambridge came out and he helped us out! He also trained us properly on how to use our thermostat and all of the settings. The other technician in the afternoon did a 30 second show and tell that left my husband and still not knowing how to use it. John walked us through all of the features and was great to work with! Thanks again, John!

Our hot water and heat was not working. Staff/Technician came and was very friendly, and was able to resolve the issue. He was very informative and provided us with suggestions if a situation like this arises again and just some pointers when dealing with the specific boiler that we have. All in all, tech was great. Thank you.

Our technician Adam Walker was amazing,very nice- which is rare as well as very knowledgeable. Our thermostat had been turning off for a few days as well as the furnace. Adam came in and solved the issue very quickly and explained what the problem had been.We appreciate such a great service !!!

Our very old water heater died and then had a soggy carpet. A Reliance fellow came to the house to confirm that the heater was dead, and they would replace it but I had to pay for the "NEW" venting at $168 + tax - something that I could not afford. I call to discuss this with a not so nice girl. Booked anyway and made other calls to check out different companies. Matthew P. from Reliance Burlington arrived next morning to install new heater. I explained to him that I was thinking of going elsewhere and his comment was that the venting was less than 2 feet and he had it as cut pieces in his truck. I then called Reliance that I should not have to pay for such a minimal piece. This woman at least spent time with me and listened. The girl I spoke to previously did not have the authority to make the venting cost decision. Pretty dumb eh! To shorten - new heater installed without me declaring bankruptcy and Thank you to Matt.

We rent our water heater from Reliance and in the last year alone have had 5 no hot water service calls. One service tech came out and said and i quote " this isnt the right part but it will do" . The most recent (1 month) had the nerve to tell me my tank wasent working because my cats litter box was near it. They refuse to replace the tank just keep sending ppl to "fix" it. With 3 small kids at home i need something dependable and this company is NOT it! Going to be taking my business elsewhere.

Tankless water heater was installed promptly very polite team came over on time with runners for the floor , did a great job with the location and cleanup was great after they were done. So far two days and so far so good!

Hot water tank broke. Joe P. # 2310, was here in the allotted time frame and replaced the old tank with new. I was very satisfied with the work and the explanations.
