Had 72 Degrees Comfort Control come in to do our installation of a new furnace and central air unit. They were respectful of our home and they kept the mess to a minimum and cleaned up afterwards. They worked well together and got the job done quickly. Made sure they walked us through the use of the systems and what we needed to do. Answered any questions we had along the way and afterwards. Simply put these guys were wonderful and we would recommend them to anyone we know.

I had a problem with my Furnace Humidifier leaking. Gabriel Fazzolari was the technician who attended to the service call. He was very prompt and very professional. He is quite knowledgeable and quickly got to the bottom of the issue and rectified it. I would highly recommend Reliance Home Comfort. Thanks Gabriel and Reliance Home Comfort.

Your technician, James Laderoute #DAA2881, provided timely and helpful advice regarding my furnace during his visit. My furnace has faced some challenges in the last couple of years due to it's age. Like many seniors in our community, I am retired and on a fixed income. At this particular time, I'm unable to afford to replace my furnace. The technician arrived at my house on time and with a smile. A very detailed inspection and some minor modifications were completed to ensure that the furnace was operational and efficient. I am really pleased with the knowledge and skills of the technician. The excellent service makes your customers feel that your company cares about developing long-term relations. Furnace went down AGAIN, Called for service and the tech. was there within 4hrs after my call. Gabriel had my furnace working quickly and even gave me some good simple tips. He was perfessional and very pleasant. Thank You.

The techs Dylan and Howard where awesome . super nice very helpful guys I had a bad experience in the past and these two have brought my confidence level above and beyond now. Our furnace stopped working and the house temperature went down to 58 degrees F. Mathew quickly diagnosed the problem, left to get the part and returned promptly. We now have heat 2.5 hours after he first arrived. The cost would have been $1,000 if I hadn't of had the monthly protection plan.

I had Danny come out to give me a service call. He was amazing informed me about the code violations that was present with my thankless water heater. The violation was news to me as we had several previous service calls and no mention of any violations. Today Wes who is also amazing not only fixed the violation but advised of several more violations that he found and fixed. The install was done by Generation Green in 2009 please stay away from this company. All the items were basic parts of the install that could of put my entire family in DANGER for many years. Thank god Reliance techs are here to help. Thankful I had a water leak or else we would have never known about any of these dangerous issues. Thanks Danny and Wes for now keeping my family SAFE.
