I decided to change furnace, as it was 15 years old. I called Reliance since the monthly rental for the water heater is with them. Within the next 2 days, Brandon showed up. He was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable and most important of all, was very honest. He explained every part of the contract I was to sign. I think this is very important, especially when you are a lay person re heating and cooling. Brandon was always available to respond to my calls/questions. He assisted me in applying for rebates. I would definitely recommend Reliance as company (they have great people working for them) and great coverage (24/7), and if I would suggest you ask for Brandon if you are lucky enough to live in an area that he covers.

Andre Dyer is the technician who came to our home today. He is very professional and was able to fix problems we had been complaining about for years. I am impressed with this young man's work.

I call reliance to have my water heater serviced last night. The service guy couldn't fix the issue because he didn't have a part. He ordered the part he needed and i was told i would have to wait until monday before the part would arrive. I was unhappy until i talked to the manager Karen who was very compassionate and helpful. Wesley came today with the part and fixed everything. Thank you reliance for your great teamwork. I am very happy now.

I contacted reliance at 9:30 am on this Saturday morning January 30th 2016, and advised that my furnace had stopped working and an error code was flashing. They contacted the contractor for the area and advised the contractor would be in touch within 3 hours. Within 20 minutes a person called from the contractors (Marc Viau Mechanical) saying they would be at my home in about an hour. In less than an hour they arrived and fixed the problem. It is now 11:50 am the same day and the furnace has been running for over an hour and my house is warm again. Great, Impressive service from Reliance and their Contractor (Viau Mechanical) and I still have my Saturday to enjoy :)

Frank the salesman visited my home in the morning to quote on new furnace and a/c, he took the time to recommend different brands based on my budget and understood my needs. Having Sagar Tasa do an inspection of the job prior to me deciding really made the decision easy. The installation was completed professionally and on time as promised, the area was left clean and they protected my floors. Also they took away all the old equipment and ensured me that the system was working and showed my wife and I how to use the new fancy thermostat. Job Well Done!

On Thursday, January 28th we called Reliance for the third time in two weeks to service our water heater tank. We are getting intermittent hot water. The first technician just blew off some dust. The second one took out a plastic cap and we had hot water for two days. The third one informed us that the mixing valve is replaced and they do not service this part, we need to call a plumber. Well, the mixing valve was installed by Reliance and should be serviced by Reliance in my opinion. I pay the entire amount of the bill on time not selectively and I expect service in return. I just did some math how much I paid Reliance for the last 15 years and compared with the services I got in return. Let me tell you, I'm shocked! Today I made up my mind and listen to their advice for a last time: I will find a trusting plumber who will take care of our hot water needs from now on.

Team member Chris bell team member # RCS 3274 was helpful and knowledgeable with the repair. He fixed the issue right away and was willing to answer all my questions in a professional manner. We are very satisfied with his service.

Had my furnace serviced by James DAA2881 and Aryn DAA3304 under my annual contract. My service date and time were honored. Both individuals were very knowledgeable and preformed service in a competent manner.
