    Watwr Heating Issues

    There was a gentleman by the name of Nimesh who came to fix our issues. He arrived a few mins before his scheduled appointment and immediately diagnosed the problem. He was extremely polite and very efficient. Once the issue was resolved, he stuck around to make sure everything was working properly, the temperature was set correctly and the thermostats were synchronized. Overall I was very happy and satisfied with the service provided - thank you!

    Water Heater replacement

    There was some water leaking from the bottom of my water heater and I called Reliance customer service for assistance. John was the technician who came over to assist. After checking, he recommended the installation of a new water heater. This was done within the same day and all within 2 hours or so. I'm very happy with the services provided by John - he was punctual, efficient, thorough in his job, and professional. Really appreciated the quality of his work. Will definitely recommend John and Reliance to friends and family. Keep up the good work and professionalism!

    Furnace A/C system

    We had a very positive experience with Kristen. She was on time and answered all of our questions. She definitely knows her job. She was patient and treated my dad (a senior) with respect and was not pushy. This is a huge deal for me, as he was not treated this way by another company. She kept me in the loop as to how the pre install inspection went, as I couldn't be there. It's the little things that matter, being pleasant and considerate goes along way! She made this stressful time ( previous bad experience with this same issue) much easier. Kristen is awesome to deal with! Thank you Kristen! If the rating was out of five stars .. she would definitely get 5! Karen /Edward

    Misleading sales people, horrible contracts

    We fell for the sales pitch on a rental furnace and AC. They sold us a unit that was way oversized for our townhouse. They promised free air filters and never delivered. Always showed up with the wrong size. You could never get them to come to do the annual inspections. They put a lean on your home. So if you ever go to refinance it's a huge pain. We bought out of the contract and it was a huge expense to get out. They really make it expensive to opt out. Horrible experience with this company. NEVER AGAIN!

    New furnace

    The service is unique to Reliance ,all the staff involved with this new furnace are fantastic friendly and willing to answer any questions when installing and after showing you how everything works. They are very professional in there workmanship, neat and tidy (no garbage left behind) and I would recommend them to anyone!

    No heat

    Excellent service to my furnace. First Rias diagnosed my furnace and ordered a part. Neil then came and installed new part but it still didnt work, so he ordered another part. He came back and installed that part and my heat is back on.

    furnace and airconditioner

    Came and went quickly but DIDNT FINISH THE JOB. I had to have someone else come in to fix the wiring for air conditioner.. but they have yet to respond to my many calls and emails regarding the furnace which they didnt finish plumbing to the outside of the house. THAT THIS WAS GOING TO BE AMAZING BUT I CANT SAY THAT NOW. 6 month and nothing yet.

    Very happy with service. Showed up on time, completed quickly and cleanup was done in excellent manner.

    Service

    WOW, trying to write a review, this is the worst site to get to work. Good job your workers are far more superior. Today, October 31, 2022 I was scheduled for a maintenance call on my water boiler heater. Time was between 10:a.m. to 2: p.m. By 3:00 p.m. no one had called to advise they were e route, so I called and requested a phone call back. Shireen from your office called and she explained that my appointment was cancelled. I didnt cancel, so she immediately advised she would check into this. Within a few minutes she called to advise that there was no entry as to when or by whom it was cancelled, but she had a technician coming within the hour. Since I waited all day for the technician I was certainly relieved to have Shireen get such a speedy remedy. She is a great asset to your organization. Gord, your technician, was at my home within the hour. He was very professional, neat and very thorough on the job at hand. He apologized for the error of cancellation, which was not his fault. After completing the inspection and testing, I felt very satisfied that I made the right choice in having a Reliance Technician, do the job. I must commend Gord in his professional work, you have an outstanding employee in this man. Great job Gord!
