We had a new furnace installed 3 years ago and just this year we had a problem with it heating our house properly. We had several different techs come in to check our furnace. It turned out that the duct work was not fitted properly and our old AC unit was creating an overheating problem . We had Shon Cantin a regional sales manager for Reliance and Frank Escobar an Operation Manager come to our home and when they left all our heating problems were solved. We had our furnace duct work replaced and a new AC put in. Shon and Frank were great representatives for Reliance and we would gladly recommend them. Thanks Shon and Frank for a job well done.

called Jan 2016 at 9:45 no hot water. explained very will and needed service by noon. technician arrived at 10:15. completed work and was gone by 10:45. THANK YOU to person who took our call for getting a technician here so quickly. THANK YOU to Steve for competent work and for being such a nice guy.

Thursday, furnace not working, reported smell of burning. Technician came out and furnace worked when he left. Friday morning problem again, this time Bill the technician, diagnosed and corrected the problem swiftly. Very polite and informative technician Would recommend him. Covered under my maintenance program

Your representation was wonderful; he arrived exactly when he said he would ; he was friendly and informative and worked diligently to solve the issues I was having with my water heater and furnace. I have a busy household with lots of kids, which can be a challenge when technicians are trying to work and I appreciate the fact that he was considerate about the extra noise and commotion (the children's playroom is next to the mechanical room where he was doing repairs). He also recommended other products and services at my request which I hadn't realized you offered (I'm in the market for a new water softener and have had several bad experiences with the company from whom I purchased the faulty unit). Overall it was an excellent experience!

Carl Persaud is an expert, we are very happy with his service, he was able to fix the problem right away. He gave us helpful tips on how to troubleshoot when need be.

Appointment scheduling and follow up were superb. The technician arrived as scheduled and was very through. Close attention was paid by the technician in wearing protective foot coverings, explaining and reviewing his findings. Also making excellent recommendations for better comfort/energy savings. Very professional and friendly. A very positive experience all round.

3rd party thermostat died. 3rd party company sent an inept service technician to fix. He rewired the entire setup down to the furnace after he couldn't get the thermostat to work again. All of a sudden my furnace was making a loud buzzing noise. Tech said it sounds like my relay died and that's why the thermostat isn't working. I called reliance, the tech showed up and found that the other tech wired my furnace incorrectly and was feeding 24v back into the 120v... Hence the buzzing. He fixed the poor wiring job, got my heat and thermostat working again, and showed his professionalism by recognizing that my HRV was incorrectly setup since I moved into my house. He rewired that too. Now my house is purring and working better than it ever has. Thank you Mike.

This is a review of the service provided by Mr. Norman Wong who visited our home twice during our change-over from a mid-efficiency to high-efficiency gas furnace. During his first visit, Norman spent a number of hours carefully explaining the advantages and options available to us. During the consultations Norman was very professional, courteous and forthright. He did not try to up-sell or down-sell any product, but rather focused on providing the right product for our needs considering our house, usage pattern and budget. Norman is very organized and had good answers to all of our questions to our complete satisfaction (no doubt based on his 13 years of experience). He paid a follow-up visit on the day of installation to ensure that everything was going as planned. We can recommend Norman Wong without hesitation.

Phil (#950) came to our house today and did a very thorough inspection of our furnace. He was knowledgeable and very informative. We will be going with his recommendations in the near future. A very nice service person, would recommend him to anyone.
