Through referral from my friend, I have had the Home Comfort Advisor Lina Alviar to provide the assessment and options of the air conditioning unit in my new house. Lina was a very professional and knowledgeable to help me find the right solution for our needs and budget. Lina did not push me to make quick decision and she was prompt to answering my calls relating to questions I had before I made the final decision. Lina also followed through on the day of installation. I was very pleased with her services. I would highly recommend her to my friends in the future. The installation of the air conditioning unit was also very good. The installer Tim did not cut corner to install the unit. He took whatever time needed to ensure the installation was done properly, despite of the cold weather.

The Reliance tech showed up promptly on a Sunday and was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and very meticulous in his work. I will definitely recommend Reliance to all my friends and neighbours.

Giancarlo and ringo came to my house for install the water heater. They do a great job and have good knowledge for me. And they are very polite. Thank you for their job.

My 25 yrs old furnace broke down. The salesman, Jayson Newton, came within an hour (almost midnight) to get me a quote and measurement for furnace replaced ASAP. Then he organized to get the furnace installed on the next morning. Tim O connell and the Install team were fantastic. Very professional, great work, organized and cleaned up after work very well. I called about the furnace not turning on. Reliance tech, Mark 5762 was here in about 2 hours. He was very personable, and explained everything he was doing. The motor was burned out. They had another one in stock. He went to get it, in a snow storm, and installed it that evening. I am very pleased with the service we received.

We lost hot water and called reliance. The customer service person told us that a repairman would be here within four hours. Phil Latour arrived in fifteen minutes. He was very pleasant and efficient. he identified the problem quickly and we now have hot water. Would recommend him to anyone.

Scott Donaldson was very helpful and seemed very knowledgeable about the products . He made me feel comfortable with my choices and was really good with arranging all installations.I do recommend him and and reliance to everyone.

Called Reliance and they came out the very same day. The service person who showed up was named Darren and he was amazing! Very knowledgable and quick. I will definitely use them again for all plumbing concerns.

We have had this water heater for 16 years. The gentleman came, was very friendly and professional. He fixed our low pressure issue in 20 min. I couldn't be happier. Its cost more to rent I know but there is no price for this kind of piece of mind.
