I called yesterday to get my hot water tank inspected because there was orange residue coming out right when I turned my knob towards hot water. The technician Evan arrived on time to take a look and called in for a replacement tank on the spot and took the matter very seriously. Was glad my family and I didn't have to go without hot water for a long period of time. Both Evan and Richard were fast, efficient and reliable. My concerns were acknowledged and I was extremely pleased with there customer service. Just hope I wont have any more issues with this new tank!

Excellent Service today by CHAD MCDAID (Technical Advisor) at the 2055 Forbes, St., Unit 3, Whitby, Ont. L1X 1X9 location. Our hot water heater flooded and he came within 1 hour and replaced it with a new one. He was very professional, friendly and he knew exactly what he was doing. I am extremely happy with the service I received from him today. He needs to get a raise or a bonus!!!

Sam came to the house and worked out a price and installation schedule that worked perfectly for us. The next day Amir & Adam came over to make the installation. As they were looking at the existing ducts they realized there was an issue with my home's ducts and how it was connected to the blower, they ordered a special connecting duct made to fit in order to fix that too, at no additional cost. The fact that they identified an issue I would have never known about and fixed it without trying to upcharge me, is a reflection of Amir's integrity. On the weekend of January 9th our furnace suddenly starting making a terrible noise so I had to shut it down. I called Reliance and they said a service representative would be here within three hours. The service rep actually arrived within a hour. The service rep was extremely cordial and informative. He completed replacing the fan motor within an hour and we were up and running. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. We just recently moved to this place and he was extremely helpful in letting me know how this furnace worked along with its numerous filters and humidifier as the previous owner left no instructions or manuals. Greatly appreciated the time the service rep took to explain things. Can't say enough good things about the service.

The installation of our new Furnace/AC was scheduled for the AM on a Monday. Paul & Kenrick arrived on time and were quite prepared. They were professional and friendly. They completed the installation, tested it, provided an overview & instructions for its operation and cleaned up. It was quite painless and the gents worked to make the process as free from intrusion as possible. We were entirely satisfied.
