    Furnace Repair

    Farhad Fani-Molky was the technician that came to my house. Professional, courteous, informed, expert. Loved him. This company is amazing and my apologies to the woman who took my call last evening while I panicked that my furnace stopped working. He found the problem after doing a tremendous amount of diagnostics on it. I took him up on the maintenance plan (only made sense since my furnace is 10 years old). He told me what NOT to do and what TO do in order to keep my furnace running efficiently. This company and their employees are blowing the competition out of the water. Watch out monopoly, Reliance Home Comfort just raced you and beat you to the finish line!

    Furnace

    The technician, Stephen, was very professional and courteous. He quickly identified the reason why our furnace was not working. The part required to complete the repairs was not available however he sourced it and returned as promised the next day to complete the repairs. Stephen check for other potential problems and provided us with advise on how we can keep our furnace running efficiently... Great Job!!!

    Furnace repair

    The technician was fantastic, he was prompt, very knowledgeable and very professional. I was a pleasure dealing with Gabriel Fazzolari. I would highly recommend him to anybody having furnace issues.

    Furnace and AC Replacement

    The level of incompetence of the company, I had a brand new furnace installed by this company. The technician that did the installation that did the installation didn't even make sure that everything was working. The UV Filter and the humidifier wasn't installed properly. Called for service when I start receiving email about a furnace error. the technician said that he couldn't find any problem to call back if the furnace stops working. Call for service for the humidifier, when I start seeing that the humidifier wasn't working. The technician that came to fix the humidifier, found that the humidifier was connected properly and then inspecting the rest of the furnace found out that the UV filter was missing a part and hadn't been working since installation. He couldn't fix the UV Filter he didn't have the part. The third technician that came after the part was received, he installed the part and looked at the error message and cleared all the error message and told to call back if the furnace stop working. Start getting the error messages again and the response for the customer agent, will give you an appointment in a week but call us back if the furnace stop working. They properly outsourced the call center in India and they can't figure that we are in the middle of winter. After the new furnace died on the coldest day of the winter and the technician could get the part in time because he missed is service appointment window twice and the part supplier was closed. I had to stay in a cold house to make sure that no pipe would burst. Now after almost 10 month with a furnace / AC from unreliable reliance. The system is still not fully functioning.

    repairing the rented water heater

    I called about my water heating not working. Within a half hour Kristin was at the door. She set about replacing the required part and was finished in no time. She is totally capable, friendly and one of the best service persons I have had in my home. If only all companies had service people of this quality.

    furnace

    new furnace installed great job very professional area was cleaned when job was completed .I would highly recommend tim brookly for any heating or air conditioning needs in my home in the future

    New furnace and central air

    I came home from work to find the smell of gas in my home,I called reliance since I had a protection plan and told them the problem,they advised me to call the gas company and they had someone at my house within a few hours.Since my furnace was 25 yrs old I needed a new one,within a day I had a new furnace and central air conditioner installed.The fellas at GHQ Heating were very professional and friendly did a outstanding job I highly recommend them!They get a 10 out of 10

    poor service and missleading

    got a new furnace and tankless hot water heater... a few days after installation the pipethey welded for the water heater broke and ya,,water everywhere.. then for the furnace house wasn't heating tec came to my house and said the nest thermostat had to recognize my home andwould take time. so i said ok weather isnice i don't mind.. softer a few weeks we got a cold spell and thermostat wet blank had no heat my family and small kids where frozen that was december 28th and called in for service and earlieast appointment was december 30th.. ya 2 days no heat? they say they are 24 hrs 7 days a week. written on there website and and on furnace. thankfully my wife fast thinking called nest and found out reliance has no idea how to hook aup a thermostat all it was is needed to be charged and some settings, so canceled the appointment. don't believe there 24 hour 7 days a week service ...not true. and i have my email stating 2 day wait.. i will be contacting better business bur. also for there advertising practice...and i did call the sales person and was told the roads where bad but was told on the phone that they where over booked so was just excuses... I'm remteing now I'm stuck for 7 years but i learned my lesson...also apparently my furnace has a humiditfire but since was installed we all wake up with dry mouth and nose. so i had to purchase portible humidifiers. i don't even think the one on the furnase is working but not going to bother calling in for service they are useless

    Air Condition repair

    The air conditioner was not cooling my house. A piece on the a/c unit turned into a block of ice. I contacted reliance as I have the insurance and Adam L. (team # BEA1234) came to my door. After a thorough investigation, Adam was able to find the problem, which ended up being the coil in the furnace. It pretty much took the entire day to replace the coil and ensuring that the a/c cooled my home as it was supposed to. I want to sincerely thank Reliance for sending Adam L. who is a professional and did an excellent job in keeping me and my family cool. Thanks again. Benny

    Water Heater

    Our water heater was not working. We called for service and Andrew was here within an hour! He replaced our water heater, made sure everything was working properly and cleaned up afterwards. No muss, no fuss. Andrew was very courteous with a great sense of humour. He did the job quickly and efficiently. We would definitely recommend.
