    New Furnace and AC unit

    Great service, Sales representative Jeff was great helped me get the right unit for my home. Installers showed up on time at 8am and finished just before 4pm Mike Goosney and Luciano Lanoie were fast and efficient and walked me through how to use my new system afterwards. Would recommend Reliance to my friends for sure.

    Furnace

    We worked with Andrew McMaster from Reliance and he went well beyond what was expected. We are very tough and don't give out recommendations lightly but were very impressed with Andrew's integrity and help. We will be upgrading at later date due to financial constraints but will only buy through him. i cannot recommend Andrew enough as a complete problem solver.

    furnace repair - replace motherboard

    3 separate technicians came out to my furnace and none resolved its problem, and then came Ian B., my hero. He was one of the most gracious and helpful technicians I have ever encountered. After determining that the first part delivered was not going to do the job, he ordered a different part and was back at my house at 9 pm to install it. At that point I had been 3 days without heat. He didn't complain about having to go in the crawlspace, he just did it, and within 2 hours my furnace was on and heating my home. He climbed out of the crawlspace, lowered the floor back in and left with a smile. Kudos Ian B. and Reliance for having him.

    Furnace & Air Conditioner System Installation / Installers

    The day our furnace died, we contacted Reliance, we were not pleased with the lack of service response, however, the next day we received exemplary service from the service technician, Mark Sholtz, and the Home Comfort Advisor, Tony Gveric. Mark Sholtz went the extra mile to explain all the issues of our old system. It was recommended that we change out system instead of investing lots of money towards a 19 year old system. Tony was very helpful to explain all the information and give us comfort in getting the right solution for our home. He took the time and measured our entire home and did a proper heat loss and heat gain calculation. Also, because of our frustration with the initial service, Tony was able to provide us with a reasonable price. During the installation, which started at 8:30 am, the main installer, Dylan Kwiatkowski and his helper Howard Chung, worked diligently and very professionally, answered all the questions we had, were very pleasant, and helpful. They worked hard until approximately 7:30pm and made sure that everything was back they way they found it. They had to make holes in the ceiling and work in a very tight environment. The holes were nicely covered with spring loaded covers. I was amazed with how the installation looks, they changed all the old metal, re-routed piping, and it looks very professional. Also, they took the time to explain all the features, i.e. the thermostat, filter, safety switches, etc...I would have them in my home at any time due to their excellent work ethic. During the installation, the install manager, Mario Angeloni, also came to check that everything was running smoothly and he spent some time answering more questions. Also, a very positive experience for us.

    Furnace and a/c purchase

    Shon Cantin made this partially crappy situation much better. The install was excellent with no problems. The problem began when the "buy-out" date came and went without any communication with us. After several phone calls we finally had success with Shon Cantin making things happen. I take some responsibility in the buy out issue but did find calling the company somewhat frustrating, being given the runaround, transferred to different people. All in all it was an acceptable experience.

    new furnace

    My husband and where more than satisfied with the service from reliance!. Dave Masters was so forthcoming in making sure we understood everything right down to the littlest detail. He was very professional as well as the installers, who did such a fantastic job. Thank you so much again Reliance!! Keep up the good work.

    No heat from furnace

    Came home to cold house. (62 degrees) Called reliance and service tech (Bill) came in less than 1 hour. Very knowledgeable/professionable and pleasant. furnace up and running in no time. Explained cause and basic care. Very pleased with how quick they responded and the service provided. Will use this company again when needed.

    water heater repair

    We had a problem in the water heater on Christmas day and after, Phil came to check the problem and fixed it very quickly and efficiently, he was very professional and knowledgeable. We were happy with the service provided and prompt repairs.

    Hot Water Heater

    I noticed our water heater leaking. Reliance sent someone over this afternoon. The technician came stayed only 5 minutes then left with nothing done. I called reliance back and told them I wasn't happy. They promised to send another technician and that's when Darren showed up on time and was very helpful. He replaced a few parts and told us what to look for in case the same problem happened again. I would 100% recommend Darren anytime a problem come up for anyone. Very happy with his work and attitude.

    Replaced a water pump on furnace

    Very fast, could not have asked for better service, & Asif (repair man) was excellent . Thanks Keep up the good service, will not hesitate to call again if needed in the future.
