WOW, trying to write a review, this is the worst site to get to work. Good job your workers are far more superior. Today, October 31, 2022 I was scheduled for a maintenance call on my water boiler heater. Time was between 10:a.m. to 2: p.m. By 3:00 p.m. no one had called to advise they were e route, so I called and requested a phone call back. Shireen from your office called and she explained that my appointment was cancelled. I didnt cancel, so she immediately advised she would check into this. Within a few minutes she called to advise that there was no entry as to when or by whom it was cancelled, but she had a technician coming within the hour. Since I waited all day for the technician I was certainly relieved to have Shireen get such a speedy remedy. She is a great asset to your organization. Gord, your technician, was at my home within the hour. He was very professional, neat and very thorough on the job at hand. He apologized for the error of cancellation, which was not his fault. After completing the inspection and testing, I felt very satisfied that I made the right choice in having a Reliance Technician, do the job. I must commend Gord in his professional work, you have an outstanding employee in this man. Great job Gord!

The guys that installed the water heater are very friendly and respectful. They work efficiently and clean the area properly. I am happy and satisfied with their service. I give them 10/10.

Brandon provided great service and in a timely manner. He answered all my questions and gave me some excellent tips. Completely satisfied with his work.

1st time technician came to my home to repair furnace, he orded parts for replacement, and after parts received another technician came and he said the part that we received is wrong part, he brought back part with him and said we will receive new correct parts but not received yet and I have been calling customer care everyday to know the status but they don't have any record of 2nd technician who came to my home and don't know when I will receive the parts.

Excellent Service! Quick and they were able to fix the problems. They were friendly and I am pleased with the results.

My furnace gone dead in the cold spill of fall. I called the Reliance and they send the representative right away (in 2 hours) to assess the situation and give us professional advice. We compared pros and cons of purchasing and rental and decided to go for purchasing the furnace and A/C together. They sent the skillful technician and installed the equipment the next day when we sign the contract.

Right from my first call to very end, fantastic experience! Brandon attended my home reviewed and explained all the options thoroughly with no pressure. He took all necessary measurements & photos and kept his commitments. Also a very professional, pleasant and very knowledgeable person that immediately puts you at ease knowing you are in good hands. I mentioned to Brandon that the main reason I selected Reliance (aside from my water heater being with your firm) was because your firm actually picked up the initial phone call. A seemingly simple thing can have a huge impact on customer selection of vendor! Adam & Bill came this morning to install the furnace - both exceptional people! They called before coming, were on time, explained what needed to be done and why and then went above and beyond. They noticed my gas pipe was severely rusted and replaced that as well, at no extra charge. Both explained how the Nest thermostat works - very cool device offered by Reliance at no extra charge. The installation was very neat and tidy and they cleaned up everything after all the work was done. All my contact with Reliance has left me feeling no doubt that I made the right choice going with Reliance. I will highly recommend Reliance to all my friends and family.
