Bryan #3705 provided great service. He was on time and understood the problem immediately. He provided great knowledge on the system and was able to fix the problem immediately. Excellent service which is what I like about Reliance....their people seem to understand the technology and limitations of the products they sell.

We have nothing but praise for the Advisor who came today to complete our yearly tune-up on our furnace. The fan was noisy and often cold air came through the registers. Keith spent an hour at our home and completed the service call with excellent results. We can hardly hear the blower fan . Everything works smoothly now. It is great to find a repair person who knows exactly how to help his customers. Excellent work Keith H.

This is the second time (second home) we have had Betty Burton come out to our home for a furnace. We trust her advice and truly appreciate that she goes above and beyond to satisfy a customer. I would and have recommended her and Reliance.

Just installed brand new furnace ,ac & tankless water heater. we r very happy with this new project.. it was properly installed in the given time frame. Last but not the least we want to thank MR DARIUS CHICHGUR (Reliance Sales Representative), who explained us very well about the products. He also made sure by his presence on the installation day that everything is done properly. Thank You!

A/C died during the hottest days of the year. They were able to install within 3 days. Had a new furnace installed as well. Works so much better than the old one.

I called your 1-800 line at 9 am on New Year's Day to report a problem with my hot water tank. The lady that answered the call was effective and efficient and told me that a technician would be out be 1pm. At 10:30 am a technician arrived, replaced the computer on my hot water tank and departed by 11 am. The service was excellent and timely. thank you Reliance and Happy New Year

On Sunday, January 3, 2016, I awoke to the sound of water dripping. When I went downstairs, my basement was in about 3" of water. I immediately called Reliance as well as my insurance company. We were tackling the water problem as best we could. Jordan C. from Reliance was at my home within an hour and he worked diligently to change out the hot water tank. I am very pleased with his work ethic and the service from Reliance.

i do not know how to say thank you BRANDON(RC05A185)HE CAME in Sunday it is week end ,he came in good time he is very polite and very clean he left the spot better than before and he cover his safety shoes is this enough yes but he did more with out any request from me he diagnosis problem in 2 minute ,grab part 5 minute fix the problem turn on make soap test no leak working fine excellent work thank you

My sales rep was Andrew McMaster. He was very punctual. provided options and recommendation base on my needs and home size. He was able to get a next day install because I had no heat in the middle of winter. This is my second purchase from Reliance and I am very happy with the service.

I just want to let you know how happy we are with your service. We came home from church to find that our hot water tank had sprung a leak and made a huge puddle across our basement. We called Reliance (from the handy tag left on the water tank with your number) and spoke to someone who tried to help us figure out how to turn off the water. She said she would send someone as soon as possible even though this happened on a Sunday. Not long after, Andy from van 2312 called and said he was on his way. Once here, Andy assessed the damage to both our hot water tank and made sure the water hadn't affected our furnace. He then drained and disconnected our leaking tank and brought in a new one from his van. All of this cost us nothing. Overall this has been an awesome experience and we are so happy we are Reliance customers! Thanks Reliance Home Comfort and especially Andy! We will be recommending you to everyone!
