After 10 years our rental units were due for replacement. The service tech attending for an annual maintenance call put us in touch with Terry in sales, who dropped in at the appointed time and set us up with an upgrade, including changing out our furnace and water heater. Will and his crew arrived on time and finished the furnace install in good order. Very good crew, answered our questions, explained the work, and cleaned up after themselves. Overall, a very positive experience.

No hot water running. The contractor sent had no idea of what he was doing, he broke a pipe instead of fixing the problem. My basement floor and electrical panel were wet. I had to deal with the mopping/cleaning . He later told me I needed a new water tank. Whereas, the hot water tank he came to work on was new. I was without water for a day until the real staff came to fix it. Thanks Ooto K. for a job well done! ......pleased at last.

I came home on freezing afternoon to find that my furnace had cacked out on me! I have 3 kids and needed something quick. I contacted Reliance and they sent out Glenn Bersuk the very next day. I knew basically what I wanted but Glenn walked me through all the options and pricing. We set up financing immediately... I think it was a Tuesday... The furnace was installed that Friday! The installers were great, polite and very clean. Everything is in and works great! Thanks to Glenn and the whole Reliance Home Comfort team!

Our Home Comfort Advisor was Bill Hopkins from London ON. He was very informative, professional, answered ALL our questions and also advised us of any and ALL promotions going on at that time. He completely guided us through the whole process and was to say the least...awesome. His years of experience was appreciated and you can tell he really enjoys what he does. Would totally recommend him ANYTIME.

Whole installation process went pretty well and products are working perfectly too so far. A special thanks to our advisor, Gail Garbett who did provide professional information pre and after installation.

Being a customer of reliance for service on a previous product, I reached out to the company interested in expanding my services on additional products. Within moments of an online inquiry I was contacted by their representative Mr. Bill Hopkins who met with me and my family to discuss options. He helped through the process and today am very happy with new state of the art energy efficient home comfort equipment for all seasons and at a service cost we feel was reasonable for our budget.

Harry, a contractor (Air Care) for Reliance came to do the install with two colleagues on Dec 17th. He was very courteous and polite. He was always willing to answer any questions I had. The job was well done and he explained the operation of the equipment afterwards.

We rent our hot water heater from reliance and it went on the blink. The service guy was great and informed us it needed to be replaced. He told us the installation guy was close by so it shouldn't be too long. He showed up 1 hour later and was great! We have a new hot water heater and the service was great from bottom to the top!

Had a serviceman come out to inspect problem (leaking hot water tank) within a couple hours of calling (on a Friday evening). Set up appointment for new tank installation for next morning. Had to defer to Sunday due to prior commitments. Some delay in getting proper size tank but work was completed quick and clean once it began. The service we received was certainly worth the cost of renting.

Serviceman Phil Latour #950 made excellent repairs to our furnace and air conditioner after a sub contractor of reliance made a mess of the job and installed the wrong parts .Phil came and corrected problems. Very Professional . Thank you
