I replaced my furnance n Air conditioner , Andrew McMaster is themen who made this happened , great guy n full of knowledge , no doubt left when i signed my contract n very happy with the job done .

Otto Kanouni is very professional and patient person. He arrived on-time and started work without any delays. Otto replaced control board .So glad we have had the pleasure to deal with him. Thank you Otto for resolving tankless water heater problem !

Sales person Andrew Power was a pleasure to deal with. The installation was quick and efficient and on schedule. The furnace has worked efficiently and is exactly as promoted by sales.

Had a rental water heater from Reliance for 7 yrs, rental rate kept going up and up every year. Recently had an issue with a heater (no hot water). The guy from Reliance came in, said that it was probably a defective valve where the cold water comes in. Then, instead of putting a new one, he just broke the old one and pushed it into a tank saying I won't need it at all (saying heater engineers were stupid putting it in a first place). I didn't say anything, thinking there's a low probability that the hot water will go up through the cold pipe and damage it. Anyway, the guy made a mess and then even said if something leaks afterwards it's not his problem. A few hours after he left, there was again no hot water (probably that defective valve again stuck somewhere, the pipe with a cold water became hot, and just like he said the water started leaking near the pipe that he was messing around with. I will never advise anyone to use Reliance, they keep increasing your rate without any adequate service. You will be much better off just buying a heater yourself!

Andrew McMaster was our representative and I must say that his service is top of the line. He was very available, highly professional and very pleasant to deal with. I would recommend him and his company to anyone who is looking for a great service.

My furnace died on Sunday. By Monday noon, Ryan & Aaron had a new furnace installed. As well, I had a tankless hot water heater installed that same afternoon. All 3 servicemen did outstanding work. Very personable, and they even cleaned up! From the first service call, I've found Reliance to be prompt, courtious and very informative. Kudos to Eren Sonmez and his team for a job well done!

My furnace decided it was time to go, on a chilly October day. I called Reliance to have the experts look at it. Technicians came out on a Sunday, to ultimately deliver bad news... The furnace was too old -- admittedly so -- and it was time for a replacement. The technician called Murray Stark, an amazing representative, who was willing to come out to my house on a Sunday evening to review my options! Thankfully it was October and a warm one, so I told Murray to come out the next day. That he was willing to come on a Sunday late night was unbelievable and exceptional customer service in today's times!! Murray reviewed all of my options, outlining costs, furnaces to meet my household needs, as well as the benefits of each. He provided information regarding rebates available, and even helped me through the paperwork involved. As a single mother with three children, the rebates were greatly appreciated! Reliance had my machines installed within three days of break down ( I was so impressed that I took my old water heater out and replaced it with a new tankless ). I know I can call Murray, or Reliance, at any time and I'm completely covered. Peace of mind... Priceless :)

Have a service agreement with Reliance for the heating and AC systems. Other than regular service have not required other assistance until now. Problem with furnace running on. Reliance service was called. Same day service provided. for each visit. Required replacement parts and return visits to resolve problem. Gary was the tech who finally recognized the problem and resolved and finally the issue. He proved to be knowledgeable and very open with me about the problem solving process. I learned a lot . Would gladly have Gary and for that matter any Reliance tech provide service if needed. Recommend the service.

Jeff Hayhoe, the Reliance advisor was very informative and explained all the benefits of my new system over my aging furnace and air conditioner - also, informed me of the rental plan available - the new furnace is running very well -haven't had the opportunity to use the air conditioner - furnace runs so quietly and the up to date thermostat is so easy to program and so energy efficient - so many pluses compared to my old system - very good rebates as well!!
