Reliance was great to work with. They had great pricing and were extremely speedy, accommodating. We had a few equipment issues but they resolved them each time literally within hours. Betty Burton was always available, very knowledgable and pleasant to deal with. Would highly recommend.

I was a little worried about renting a furnace...but in reality I didn't want to throw down 11 000 for a new furnace this close to Christmas....but when talking to people and explaining my situation...they really agreed with renting more for the peace of mind of knowing that furnace will always run ...and be maintained

We were very impressed with the service we received from technician Bryan Campbell at Reliance. He showed up on time and had the new water heater installed in no time flat. Bryan was very personable and professional and offered some great tips.

Sales guy mislead me on the rebate that I still have not received yet. I would not have bought both units and only would have got central air done had I known. 2 out of 10 here How ever I would deal with reliance again with service but will get new sales guy/gal. Install went well and they even came back cause they wanted to reinforce something. 10 out of 10 here Next I will be going to hot water on damand which will be installed by reliance no question.

It was time to upgrade the furnace and air conditioning unit in my 90 year old home, and Murray Stark, my Home Comfort advisor, made this process easier than I thought it would be. Not only did he help me through the purchasing process, but he was the first one on site on the day the project began. The work crew were friendly, efficient, and professional, and the days work went smoothly. Now I can spent the winter enjoying a more economical unit that will see me through many winters to come.

I called reliance in the early afternoon and had Alex come out 2 hours later. Not only did he do an excellent job, he took the time to answer all my questions about my furnace. I would highly recommend Alex to anyone else that needed service for their A/C or furnace.

Great service from Reliance Home Comfort - Terry was available and very helpful with all aspects of the installation at a number of locations. Terry went above and beyond in facilitating scheduling and answering any questions or concerns and provided an excellent price point. Highly recommended!

I live in a condo on the second floor, so they had some difficulty to figure how they were going to get it out to the room off the balcony. The Advisor on the case, Betty Burton was able to arrange someone to remove the patio sliding doors and put them back. Since it was a totally new type of unit, they had some difficulty getting it started, so they sent out another technician to get it going right away. Excellent work.

James found problem with hot water tank quickly. James needed a new valve assembly and had a fellow employee Josh drop one off, Replace tank controller and valve assembly and all working with an hour. Thanks again

Had Betty Burton come to our home she was very pleasant totally up to date on her product gave us our best oppions that we were pleased with will recommend her anytime . The day of install was done on time and everything was as planned any issues was brought up to us and explained in detailed and corrected very pleased with the install . A week after noticed a box leaking water costermer service said no one can go at the time of call that I should shut it down till someone hoes to see it well a child in the house that wasn't going to happen and I think their should be more on call repair people to a dress repairs on new units. Now the other thing is had my units installed and a month later a promotion comes out that you could get 1500 dollar prepaid visa card with purchase on a heating and cooling unit that would of been nice to know after paying my units out right with cash .
