Needed to replace both furnace and central air unit. Company showed when they said that they would. Very clean work done and efficient . Betty Burton our sales lady was very nice and would recommend highly. Only complaint is that we were to receive a rebate from the government but we have yet to see that and our units were installed in early September .

Hot water tank was making a rattling noise. The technician, Steve, came and did a thorough inspection of the unit. Upon review, he suggested a full replacement of the tank. I was impressed with his honesty and explanation of his decision. He was very friendly and professional. Awesome job!

woke up with no hot water. Called right away and had an appointment same day between 10-2. technician called by noon and arrived and gone by 1pm. Excellent, speedy service!

Phil Latour came out for a service call. He was very informative and professional. Explained what was wrong and made recommendations. A great guy to talk with and put my confidence in Reliance.

Team Member: Steve G. Team Member # 1277 Steve installed a new water heater in my home in November 2014. He performed the service while also responding to other technicians questions by phone. The whole changeover took him less than two hours and just by himself alone An amazing, talented person with great interpersonal skills and took the time to explain everything in detail. Don't ever let this guy get away.

On a Sunday, we had a water heater leaking. Service was out in hours and than the sales rep. John Bielas come and help us get a replacement of our furnace and air conditioner as well. We had a 30 year old system that was inefficient as well as costing us a fair bit to run. In 24 hours we had everything replaced. The crews that came out for their various roles in the change were fast, efficient and very friendly. We highly recommend Reliance

Had comparative quotes and Reliance pricing was the best. Gail Garbett the Reliance Sales Representative was knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in detail.. Installers were on time, installation was smooth with no issues and in fact were finished earlier than anticipated. Clean up was efficient and they reviewed the new equipment with me before leaving. All in all a very satisfying experience

Earlier this year, we moved into a new house; however, the one thing we were concerned about was the state of our furnace and air conditioner. When we received a Reliance flyer for consultations with home heating experts, we arranged to meet with Bill Hopkins. Bill came to our house and was incredibly knowledgeable and forthright. We really appreciated his honesty, experience, and thoroughness as we went through the options. Because the purchase of a new furnace and air conditioner was out of our budget, we are renting the new system. There was no upfront payment, and the monthly rental fee is offset by additional services and peace of mind... Not to mention a rebate from the government. Thus far, we are very satisfied with our new system, and recommend both Reliance and the rental option!

My furnace was not working,I called Mr latoup and he came to my home. He explained what was wrong with my furnace. Soon after he fixed my problem and the furnace started working just fine .
