Technician Chad McDaid was prompt, efficient and He was helpful.explaining the cause of failure and financing a new furnace. He also was knowledgeable about the competition and the marketregarding furnace replacement and the pitfalls of leasing a furnace from so-called "green" suppliers.

Well we had a old furnace and the igniter finally let go in it, so we called and they ordered another. After a bit of a wait (because of back order for the old style part) we finally received it and not 2 hours later had a technician there to install it. Randy did a very efficient and thorough job ensuring everything was in proper working order. Would highly recommend Randy to anyone who needs service done. Tech Id. BEB1042

Dec 11, 2015 --Service technician -- Roch C DAA2187 Came for annual maintenance check as per the Reliance premium plus monthly contract. He was courteous, friendly, informative, knowledgeable. He answered questions on allergy prevention, cost of installing UV lighting and the quality and life span of our carrier furnace. He was very reassuring and helpful

Randy M. was courteous, professional and efficient. His team member #1042. He inspected our furnace and humidifier, the parts he ordered arrived the same day and everything was installed the next day. Definitely recommended.

Kyle assess the problem on the water heater, and quickly figured out that the drain valve was in itself faulty there for exchanging it out even though I had initial inspection it appeared to be fine with his expertise the problem is finally solved as is A second visit from a technician and final visit. If everyone was as professional as Kyle we would save a lot of time and money thanks for helping out

It is Phil Latour that is very knowledgeable and skilled in the Boiler furnace industry that impressed me. Reliance has never sent an experience boiler person out before. (they know the surface only).

Our hot water went out of commission this chilly evening! We were thoroughly impressed and satisfied with the HVAC Service Technician, Mr. Gabriel Fazzolari, who completed this repair in our home. Mr. Fazzolari was the consummate professional, executing the task in a highly proficient and timely manner and did so all the while with a polite and courteous demeanour. We are most appreciative of the superb service we received this evening from Reliance Home Comfort.

Pricing was competitive, salesperson was polite, honest and gave us a fair price. The work was completed on time hassle-free and service technicians were very helpful & respectful of our property. Explained how to work everything including the new thermostat & left the space neat and tidy. We are very pleased with the job.
