We needed servicing on our furnace last week. We were very pleased with Richard Knicely #1568 - he fixed the problem quickly and was extremely courteous and pleasant. By the way - we live in Fergus -not Burlington - not sure why the post review says Burlington. : )

josh wynne was professional and polite and explained what was required . you should value him as an employee. He represents your company well. I now have hot water again thanks to him! from a thankful customer....... time to shower now !!

Lina Alviar was so professional and knowledgeable and she really convinced us to change to a new furnace which we did not think about earlier. Reliance were the ones who called us and adviced an appointment. She was very patient and kept the most important factors in the conversation. She knows how to get the customer to agree to buy the product and advice the best thing for them. I am very happy with Lina. THANK YOU!

Had a new A/C and Furnace installed this fall. Was a little leary of using Reliance but Install was very professional and way above my expectations. I'm thrilled with the performance (and savings on my electrical bill). Fast forward 2 months - tried to use my gas fireplace and was not functioning - thought is was related to the Furnace install. Rick Westgate (0861) came to take a look and very quickly identified and remedied the issue which was not related to the furnace install. Very professional, top notch. Based on my 2 experiences with Reliance I would not hestiate to recommend them to anyone.

Kudos to the team - I was moving into our new house and needed to get things upgraded in a rush. It started with a call at 530am, then a visit at 8 then Mike McArthur came and worked through everything. Furnace and Aircon in the next day, superb job (Northern Clean Energy) and instant water heater the next day (again - superb job). Extremely satisfied with the service and the professionalism.

Thrilled with the service provided by Robert M! He performed our furnace maintenance and was polite and knowledgeable. Please send him back so that he can perform our maintenance next year. Many thanks. :)

I am writing this letter as a humble note of appreciation for the outstanding customer service provided by your technician "Stephen" last night. I had a problem with my furnace, which was not heating. My call was taken by a very courteous receptionist "Megan" who sent me a technician promptly. I was attended by Mr. Stephen. Stephen hardly took 10 minutes to rectify the problem and bring back the heat. The ability to provide the resolution quickly exceeded my expectations. I really commend the prompt service provided by Mr. Stephen. I am really pleased with the knowledge and skills of your staff. Great service makes your customers feel that you care about developing a long-term relationship that means more than just making a sale. I would love to recommend your company to anyone who needs a mobile repair service in the future. Keep up the good work.

We called Reliance because our furnace was leaking. We had our furnace repaired by Richard Knicely-He was a great professional with exceptional skills and also very friendly. He got the job done in no time advised us about future maintenance and also reassured us that the furnace was in a good condition and does need to be replaced any time soon Thank you Richard for the great job.

My hot water tank was leaking slowly. I have been using Reliance Hope comfort for my hot water tank since I had the house built in 1997 in Brantford Ontario. I have always been happy with the service. Brantford is natorious for having hard water, and I had no doubt that since my present tank had been replaced in 2004, that it was time for a new one. My entire experience, from initially talking to Rebecca, who had to forward me to Ellena due to some $$$$ questions regarding the price to replace the old venting to the service technitian was a complete pleasure. Joe, employee # 2310 was simply SUPER!!! After having an initial conversation, he went to work witout delay. he was very careful regarding any mess, making sure that he layed protective sheets down on the carpeting so there would be no dirt after the work was done. He was a complete pleasure to talk to, and I would hope that his supervisor(s) will see this review as I would not hesitate to recommend Reliance to ANYONE after having this experience. I need to add this additional comment. My wife works for one of the competitors, but I would still recommend Home Reliance after this experience. I will also note... From the time I made my initial phone call until Joe left my home after installing my new hot water heater, only 20 hours had gone by.. WHAT SERVICE!!! 2 THUMBS UP

Long overdue review but it had to be done because Matt deserves it. Matt came over to our house in just a couple hrs of inquiry and provided information on the units to make our purchase a smooth one. No obligations, no promises, not pushy-> you rarely see this kind of sales person nowadays. Prices are very competitive, we shopped around before making our decision. We had our new furnace installed, up and running in just a couple days from day of signing. We had a bit of a problem with the default settings on the unit but somebody came over to modify it the right next day of calling in. Overall, we're extremely happy with the service and would definitely recommend to anybody.
