I just had R. Knicely #1568, of Reliance Home Comfort at my house servicing my furnace. What a wonderful professional repair person. He is detailed, observant and represents his company with class. Richard is the type of employee who makes a company look great! I would want him to come to my house anytime I have a furnace issue. I know I could trust what he would say about the condition of my furnace and any parts or service which would be required.

great job,great teem . Tommy and Sean the sale persons did a great offer and explain everything what we need to know about the frunace and AC.IN 2 days we have Trevor and Garey to install them. They was punctual,clean and they did a great job. Thank you Reliance.

Thank you , had Dan Clifford come in to repair my hot water tank , first guy said not Reliance problem , get a plumber , called back again an ask to please send a reliance professional ,No hot water for 3 days ,Dan came in and fixed the problem in 1/2 hour , well done Dan , would refer him to anyone that wants a job well done , also great attitude , Wayne Meyers _ Woodstock Ontario

Brad (#3409) was great. He was on time, personable, and overall did a great job. He was knowledgeable and gave excellent customer service. He was the best serviceman we have had from Reliance.

We called reliance for an inspection of our 11 year old water heater. The water heater is a rental from reliance so this inspection was covered. The inspector showed up within the quoted timeline (1-5, arrived at 3:30) and was friendly and courteous. Completed the inspection quickly and provided a written summary. Very happy with his service! Had a problem with my furnace blower not shutting off and called and had a technician come the next morning. All was professional and technician (R. Knicely) was very informative and helpful, and fixed the problem and checked my carbon monoxide level to make sure all is safe. Highly recommend!

The installers Trevor and Garey were very efficient and tidy and cleaned up the site very nicely. They also showed us how everything worked. Denis the salesman explained everything very well. He was very professional and trustworthy, a pleasure to work with.

Yesterday morning i noticed my hot water tank was leaking. I made a call at 7:30am to Reliance and spoke with Susan who set up an appointment between 4 and 8pm for that same day. At 4pm techs Keith and Tim arrived to diagnose the problem. After a quick call to operations manager Joe Filangeri it was determined that I needed a new tank. Keith and Tim rolled out the drop sheets and completed the transfer in about an hour leaving the area as clean as they found it. So its a big HIGH FIVE to Joe and his team at Reliance for taking care of my water tank in less than 12 hrs. This kind of service is second to none. Thanks again Reliance.

I gave a good review to Matt for all the help he did. But after the installation, I have some issues because the installer removed the insulation foam and left it hanging so in the end. I end up with draft. I have to spend extra $10 plus some other tools that they didn't do well like some cover for the pipe. He promised he will take care of it but end up leaving without doing anything. Worst case, he said there will be someone coming over on a Saturday but didn't show up. I guess their $500 not showing is only apply on the installation day. I would recommend their fast service but I would not recommend anything after. I will not recommend for anyone buying from Matt and the installer is do not sign that you are happy until they fix all the problems because promises are meant to be broken. I've been waiting for the "fixes" 3 weeks after and no luck. What a pain..
