    brand new hot water heater

    I needed a new hot water heater because the existing one could not accommodate the kitchen renovations I currently am getting done. Two technicians from your company came to take the old hot water heater out and putting a new one in as well as replacing the water shut off and gas line. Tyler (team member # 2392) and Eddy were professional and did a great job. Tyler especially took the time to explain to me the changes he had made and I cannot thank him enough.

    issue with heating vent

    had an issue with my heating vent. Farhad Fami-Molky was my tech, he accommodated my schedule and even though he couldn't fix the problem he was very helpful with advice as to what i could do. much appreciated.

    Service

    We have had the Reliance Home Comfort Plan covering our furnace, air conditioning and rental of hot water heater, for several years. The Plan runs at about $60 a month, paid on a quarterly basis. We have the furnace and A/C maintenanced annually, to ensure they continue running efficiently. The Comfort Plan is well worth the cost for that reason alone. But the house is now 10 years old and this was the year that things began to show some wear and tear. Within 5 months, the furnace, the A/C and the hot water heater all needed some additional servicing. We contacted the 24/7/365 phone number and were given appointments for within a day or two. (The A/C needed a capacitor replaced outside; the furnace had a back up of condensation from the A/C that required cutting a pipe to clean it out, and the hot water tank required a new sensor. There is no additional cost for repairs, as they are all included in the plan.) The service repairmen that Reliance sent have all been very professional, courteous and on time. Each time the problem has been identified and resolved quickly. We would like to thank Rob A. who took his time to answer our questions making sure we understood the problem and what he did to resolve it. Very pleased with Reliance.

    Furnace fix

    AMAZING service technician showed up this morning. Named Peter G. #5278 My furnace kept blowing out the pilot. He was exactly on time, polite, friendly, and most of, explained everything to me. It was a very minor problem and was fixed in no time. I belong to the Furnace Protection Plan so I had no cost. I highly recommend this technician specifically as he was a pleasure to deal with. Probably the best customer service I have had in years. 5 stars!!!!! Again, technician was named PETER G. #5278 Thanks Peter!!!

    Hot water boiler system

    Rob Mitchell is an awesome repair guy for Reliance. He is super knowledgeable, patient, and very helpful in troubleshooting and explaining everything to me. I wish all service guys were like him, the industry overall would be better.

    Water Heater Service

    Had a Water Heater issue, called in for service and had a tech in home in two hours. Kylle Purcell quickly evaluated and located the problem, fixed it and gave me tips to help avoid a similar situation in the future. Big thanks to Home Reliance Comfort Durham for a very satisfactory result in regards to my service call.

    New furnace and ac install

    Upgraded to a new furnace and air conditioner and Daniel and Andrew did a fantastic job with the install. They were very professional and polite. They explained everything as they went along and clean up was perfect. The experience was great!

    high effeciency furnace and central airconditioner

    I got two rental equipment with lots of promises from them for repair and service included in monthly rent, furnace produced low heating and water pipe burst damaged house badly Reliance did not send technician after multiple requests some time they simply said you never called for technician before today and an other time they will transfer to wrong department insurance waited 7 months to get technician report which Reliance never provided after I wrote reviews on google In July Reliance contacted via google promise to resolve no response after that charging me rent from Jan and cost of the damaged equipment now with threats of ruining my credit what a company I regret to hire Reliance.

    I received excellent advise and service from Omer Sheikh today on the potential installation of a humidifier. He also answered several questions competently and politely about other issues related to our HVAC systems.

    Just purchased a new furnace from Reliance Home Comfort

    The Sales Advisor Hamid Khoshkebaghi provided excellent service and advised. He explained why the old furnace (not working) needed to be replaced. Hamid also explained the process and timeline of having the installer come the next day (tomorrow) to install the new furnace.
