Furnace maintenance and balancing heat distributions home. Gabriel Fazzolariwas knowledgeable,took the time to explain my options, found the reason my two upper front rooms were freezing ( closed vents below flor level which he opened),and gave me a verbal reviews of what problems I might have with my furnace going forward. he also warned me most firmly to switch the fan's high setting to the air conditioner in the spring or something would freeze.He was polite, personableandcleaned up!!aplus plus!

reliance put in new air conditioner and furnunce in the spring 2 young fellows spend all day installing finished at 10:00 pm system did not work.Another fellow came out and found thermo stat was not hooked up, he did what he had to do and left.STILL system WAS NOT WORKING? Matt (2824) and Adam (3445) have just completed our furnace installation. They were both very professional and courteous and provided us with all of the explanations we needed. Great cleanup of job site. I would highly recommend this team to anyone. Reliance you are indeed fortunate to have people like this on your team. They make a great complement to Amy on your sales team. She was also excellent to deal with in setting up the program and responding to our questions.

We had excellent service from the start with the sales person Evan coming in the evening and getting everything set up for a quick install. He was thorough and explained everything in detail - 2 days later when the crew came over to install (Derek, John and Chris) they did an outstanding job. They were professional, clean and worked hard to get everything up and running as quickly as possible. I would recommend this company to anyone and found the service Number 1.

My water heater tank stopped working. Called the number on the tank got transferred a few times to the correct company. That day reliance showed up and fixed my water heater tank. Love the same day service. The mechanic was Jonathan Caine he was fast and friendly.

The Installers Trevor and Garey did a great job. They were very neat and tide as well as quite professional. They took the time to answer our questions and provided us very useful information. The salesperson Denis was also very professional and knowledgeable about Reliance products as well as the competitors. He was also personable, friendly, easy going, a joy to work with.

Peter (5278) was out to do my annual maintenance on My Carrier furnace only 2 hours after I called to set up an appointment. Peter did an excellent job. He checked out and adjusted all of the features of the furnace and offered me some helpful advice as well. He was very polite and took great care not to get any dirt on the floors.
