    WATER HEATER RENTAL

    Moved into a new house and sent water heater back when I put in a new owned one after two weeks. They sent statement, no invoice, that I owe them $165 for closing the account. After requesting to speak to a supervisor she called it an "inspection fee for closing the account". I signed my offer to buy a house without an owned unit not agreeing to keep up renting one from them. Pitiful manufacturing of charges in order to extort money from customers is unseemly in back street undercover enterprises and not expected from supposedly reputable concerns.

    New furnace & airconditioner

    We had our new furnace and air conditioner installed. The service we received was great. From Brian who came in a got us signed up with our new rental unit to Mike, Luciano and Nick, who installed them. Everything went flawlessly, without any problems or hiccups. Guys were incredibly nice, professional, thorough and helpful. We will recommend them anytime.

    Furnace inspection

    Tech. checked furnace. Promp, clean, very helpful and considerate. Took time to explain some issues for qhich I was very grateful ( his # 1870). Reccomend this man anytime to anybody.

    REPLACE EXISTING EQUIPMENT

    re[lace air,furnace and water heater tankless, have a great aproach by DARIUS, AND A FAST REPLACEMENT BY THE INSTALLER AND HIS MEMBERS VERY SATISFY WELL DONE JOB AND I WILL RECOMMEND YOUR COMPANY AND DARIUS TO ANY OF MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY

    Heating system

    Our heating system was down,and it's leased from Reliance. Mr. Zhang came to fix it with new parts promptly. We are satisfied with his professional service since we avoid another cold day without heating. Thank you! Heqiang.

    Hot Water Tank

    I recently installed a hot water tank with a bad experience and eventually having the technician, Daniel to inspect and found that the tank needed to replace, he promptly reported my case and arranged to replace it on the next day, I was lucky to have the technicians, Fadi and Darren. They both are working so professional, go in detailed with their investigation and discussion in order to find out the faults and also followed all the safety procedures. With their professional skills, my hot water tank was fixed with the spare parts only, and the tank didn't need to replace (it's a huge task with time consuming). I am so satisfied with their courteous, images and professional, especially when I was so upset with the new tank installation failure, Daniel was so professional to explain to me and gave me confident that they will get it done as soon as possible. Darren was so helpful to come to provide advices and worked together with Fadi to get the problem solved.

    Furnace

    Tommy came by today to give me advice on my aging furnace, hoping it will last a few more years. Tommy is always courteous, knowledgeable and professional. A pleasure to deal with. Lois H (Brampton)

    home heating,cooling instllations

    Technicians were prompt, did the installation diligently,answered questions in full, explained every aspect of the installation. They inspected all air outlets and recommended action to to take in case of malfunctions. Kudos to Andrew the team leader

    Furnace / air conditioner and humidifiers

    service person was good. The issue came about due to the sales person. Upon the sale of the product promises were made to make the sale, e.g. filters, coverage of the humidifier was to be included. Although these promises were not documented in the signed forms they were made verbally several times. The issue came to light when the service person came to complete his work and the new costs came to light. The secondary issue was that we were not provided the proper documentation of what was covered or not and we believe this was done to cover the false promises made by the sales person.

    service furnace

    the service technician ( R. Nicely) was through and very polite. It was a joy working with him. He checked all the functions of the furnace and the humidifier. Thanks - Clark
