    New Furnace & AC

    Old furnace died (bought from Reliance 18 yrs ago). Had service check it out and explained the cost of repairing it versus new. Sales rep. came out, no pressure tactics and got me a good deal with discounts and next day installation. Technicians came out, professional and knowledgeable, just a very easy transaction with all involved. Always happy with their service for the past 25 yrs.

    Inspection

    They are amazing. On the time. Good information. Nice stuff. Friendly. And you can ask any things and they have the answer

    Plumbing issue in bathroom

    We had an issue with our plumbing in bathroom. Renardo was our service man. He delivered excellent work and fix our issue promptly. He went above and beyond to find the problem it was a bit of a challenge. He was very friendly and had a positive attitude. Also, very efficient with any cleaning up he had to do. We highly recommend Renardo.

    Timely, Professional Service

    Jake from Reliance was excellent in replacing a furnace part. Reliance offered me an appointment the very next day, Jake showed up on time and was very knowledgeable, informative, and helpful. He replaced the part and also provided me with useful info/ knowledge about my specific furnace/ setup, which was very helpful since we have just moved into this new home. I highly reccomend Reliance for their "reliability," professionalism, and value in the home protection plan.

    Water Heater tank

    I called the company, l had a question about my water heater, we are new in our house, so I called for a technician and the book me for the same day , Adam was very polite, he called directly to my phone letting me know the time that will be here. He tome what was what was happening, he advised me what to do next, left the work are clean. Didnt took to long. I wish every time there is an issue they will send someone like that.

    Prompt, professional service. Very happy with the new units installed. Techs were knowledgeable, polite and helpful.

    Customer Service

    The worst customer service experience in history. Over 3 hours in hold, buy out/ refund incorrect. Nightmare

    Annual Furnace Maintenance

    Marco is an excellent technician and representative for Reliance!!! He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He thoroughly checked everything and provided us with helpful information. We highly recommend Marco and Reliance. We cannot say enough great things about Marco!!!

    Furnace/HWT Replacement

    Had furnace and HWT replaced. Efficient and friendly crew. All work was done in a timely manner. They made sure mats were laid down not to track dirt on the carpet and left the area neat and tidy. I'm very happy with the outcome! Would highly recommend this company.
