    Furnace & air conditioner

    This company did not fulfill the instructions given by the sales person, damaged my property, played a game indicating the problem would be fixed until after the timeline enforced by the government, won't return calls or emails. Even a simple request to mail the air conditioner cover that I have been waiting for a year now has been ignored. The damage has been repaired now at my own expense. Beware of the installation mgr. Mario. Buyer beware.

    Service

    Sales and installation went well. Lost power to one side of my house and monthly payment was not what I had expected. Sales rep stopped responding to my e-mails or voicemail. Sent message to the Complaints website - waiting for a response.

    Hot Water Heater

    Hot water tank was not working today. Phoned in, gave the information (around 1:30 pm) and we were told the repairman would be there between 4 & 8. He showed up around 4:30, phoned before he showed up, put on his blue slippers and went to work. Was done by 5:30. Phil, I believe his name is, was very personable and quick. Was most impressed with the service from start to finish.

    Furnace and air conditioning service

    James L, Tech #2881 came to do the yearly servicing to both my furnace and air conditioning unit. James was polite, introducing himself prior to entering my house. He took his time doing the service work on both units and then took the time to explain it all to me. He is the type of service person that it is an absolute pleasure to deal with.

    new furnace and A.C.

    The sales rep. Jeff Parsons was proficient and very knowledgeable. I did not bother with other quotes after talking with him. I had gone on the internet for tips on purchasing a new furnace and A.C. Jeff answered all my concerns. The installers were equally proficient, tidy and personable. i.e. Andrew C and Jon. Thank you guys.

    new furnace and a/c installation

    Our salesman Dave McKerlie gave a very good presentation explaining product and cost and we decided to proceed with a new furnace and a/c per his recommendations. The service technicians Alex and Josh were courteous and professional and explained the new services to us clearly, we would highly recommend Reliance to anyone and are very satisfied customers 5 stars!!!

    Hot water heater

    Ken Hill was fantastic. Ken was very respectful of our home while he removed the old water heater and installed the new one. Ken was extremely friendly and professional. By far the best experience we've ever experienced from a service tech.

    Furnace and Air Conditioner Installment

    The service was great. The men were very polite,helpful, and knowledgable. Should you require further explanation about a particular service, they were more than happy to oblige. The Home Comfort Advisor Murray Stark is very personable and attentive to the needs of his clients. Without hesitation I would highly recommend him to my friends for any of their home comfort needs.

    Hot water tank repair

    My mother requested for someone to come repair her hot water tank because it was leaking. I am the caregiver for my mother, and because of her limited mobility, she gave them my cell phone number and requested they give me a call when they would be arriving. Not even an hour after she called, I received a phone call from Dave Dreveny stating that he would be arriving at my mother’s residence by 1 PM. Not only did Dave show up on time he was friendly, courteous and efficient. My mom’s hot water tank had to be replaced and he was very organized and had all the supplies on hand. Thanks Dave Dreveny for your hard work!
