We recently had an issue with our A/C unit. we initially had a call to reliance where the first tech replaced a resistor. Which made no difference. Upon making the second call, Tech James L. #2881 came over. He did a more IN DEPTH study, discovered I had a leak in my furnace part of AC unit. Ordered new one and helped me set up a future install. was professional, curteous and explained everything. Was a pleasure dealing with someone with knowledge and strong work ethic. He went above and beyond. Was very pleased with the service.

Team member 2312, Andy V. did a great job. He was on time and discussed in great detail the problem and why it happens. He reset the suggested water temperature.

Our furnace would not come on last night. I called Reliance first thing in the morning and friendly and knowledgeable Technician Phil Latour showed up within an hour and had the fault diagnosed quickly. He replaced a faulty motor on our not so new furnace retrieved from his well stocked truck. He then tested and checked for any other possible malfunction all the while answering any and all questions I had about furnaces. Thanks Phil!

Daniel N #2097 and Bill #1098 did an outstanding job installing our furnace and air conditioner, very friendly,knowledgeable and the attention to detail was great. I would recommend this crew to anyone. The install was far from typical, and they more than met my expectations.

Just experienced the best service of my life from A.J. (RCH 2463), a Reliance Technician who came to our home to service our furnace and air conditioner covered under our Reliance protection plan. What an outstanding job, A.J. You are to be commended for your honesty and thorough service. We have had less than adequate regular maintenance service from sub-contractors sent to our home in the past on behalf of Reliance, and I now see the difference. You care, A.J.; they don't. Always ask for a Reliance Technician for seasonal service to your furnace and air conditioner. Accept nothing less. Thank you A.J. (RCH # 2463)

For quite a number of years now, we have rented heating and cooling equipment from Reliance. We would normally own our furnace and air conditioner, but once we looked into the renting option, we decided to go ahead. Our current furnace is our second rental furnace from Reliance. The first one, which we enjoyed for 11 years, was a high efficiency model. Our monthly heating bills dropped dramatically once we got rid of the old furnace which was in the home when we moved in. Once high efficiency air conditioners became available, we opted for a new package with high efficiency furnace, AC, air cleaner, humidifier, and water heater. Part of the service is replacement of any failed parts, replacement of filters, and annual inspection. We have now had this new package about 4 years and are happy with the costs of the package and with our low heating and cooling costs. There have been several repair incidents over the years which would have been very costly if we had had to pay them directly. Just be sure to request an actual Reliance employee for services. They are extremely well educated and professional.

First call on Monday September 28th because we had no more hot water since Friday September 25 the and also the pump was leaking on the furnace. John C. Technician DAA2546 came out at a reasonable time allowance, changed the pump on the furnace but was not able to fix the hot water tank..Told me I needed a new one and that the old PVC pipes would have to be replaced as well..so that did not solve my hot water issue..he tried to get somebody to come out that same day but to no avail.. I was not able to be home on Tuesday so he called to place the order for morning of Wednesday September 30th before noon. It was understood that the hot water tank and the pump for the furnace were under warranty but I would have to pay for the pipes when they replaced them...No problem.. John was a very kind professional man. Wednesday September 30th nobody showed up by noon so I called Reliance and they said they never got the order..she said that she would send somebody out first thing in the morning on, that I would be their first order on Thursday morning Oct 1st.. Thursday morning I waited until 10:30 a.m. and somebody finally called.. When they arrived I asked if I was their first customer that day , they said NO. To finish off my experience they did replace the hot water heater and told me they would charge me minimal cost for the pipes... They asked me to come and check their work and I was satisfied with it...after talking a bit they had not realized I had been without hot water since Friday ...Brian said this was unacceptable so he waived the cost of the pipes and labour altogether....I was very pleased and great ful. Andy Van Der Heyden was my installer, he showed up at a decent time, he was very friendly and professional, he did top notch work in moving our hot water tank to get my basement ready for the installation of my new reliance home comfort furnace. Very pleased would ask for him again by name if i need a new water heater installed Sincerely Jonathan McBride
