I would just like to thank you for the wonderful service we received!! We called and got a response very quickly. Christian Janssens arrived at our home promptly and was so upbeat and personable with a very positive and enthusiastic attitude. He was full of information upon asking questions which made us feel confident in his ability. Such an excellent representative of your company!

After 5 months, my OPA rebate was sent in wrong. No documentation provided other than an invoice. No contract, no service guidelines, model information or anything. 10 calls in now, and still nothing done.

A/C unit was leaking from my loft storage area down into my bathroom. Same issue my neighbours above me were experiencing. Reliance member Phil Latour attended over the Labour Day weekend to fix theirs. He was very proactive in asking neighbours to pass on his contact info to me. He attended on Labour Day Monday. Very pleasant, great conversation. Explained the deficiencies in the a/c unit design/install and set about correcting the problem. No issues with a/c unit since. Extremely pleased with Latour's service and thankful as well as a heat wave was being experienced during this timeframe. Highly recommend Latour as a Reliance Service Technician.

Jesse (3295) and Kyle (3294) did an excellent job at the installation. It was timely and neat. After the installation they went over the instructions and I felt confident with the units.

I recently dealt with a sales adviser for Reliance named Sean H. after contacting Reliance Home Comfort about the possibility of installing an air conditioning unit in my home. Having not had central air prior to this, I was relieved that Sean provided prompt and courteous attention throughout the entire process, and made it an easy decision to purchase an Air Conditioner from Reliance Home Comfort.

Contacted Reliance Home Comfort yesterday morning to have my hot water tank replaced as the tech. I had in to service my furnace and a/c in June suggested I do so as it was upwards of 15 yrs. old. The lady I spoke to said she could have someone there Tuesday between 10 & 2. At 11 a.m. Darryl showed up, put tarps down on the floor/stairs, and had the new water heater in in 45 minutes. Great fast service guys.

Phil and Mike Team # 950 were knowledgeable, kind, friendly, did the job efficiently and effectively and were helpful in my understanding of the problem. They explained the costs involved in replacement of the pump and how I was to maintain the filter for the future. They were impressed at how well the furnace was functioning.

The salesperson, Lina Alviar, was very knowledgeable and helped us find the right solution for our needs. I would highly recommend Reliance and we also had a fantastic install experience. 10 stars!

The Reliance Home Comfort technician arrived within the allotted time frame I was given. He introduced himself and was quite friendly and polite thru the whole inspection. He also answered questions I had during the procedure. I would recommend Reliance Home Comfort should you require any service to your heating/air conditioning issues.

Mark R. #1823 was a delight! He quickly diagnosed the problem and made necessary repairs. His rapport was both cheerful and polite. I wish him and his wife all the best with their newborn!
