Sheldon (team member 3058) was very curteous and professional. He was also very knowledgable. With being a new single mom and not having much knowledge as my ex took care of everything he was patent and helpful with answering all my questions.

Excellent job by Reliance Home Comfort! Everyone from the Sales Representative (Murray) to the Installers were completely professional. So impressed by the installation crew who were polite, kept things clean throughout the installation, and did not leave until I was 100% satisfied. Would hire them for another job in an instant.

Team Ryan and Eddy (team member #1659) were very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They explained everything to us in detail, which is very important to us. We are very thankful to have confident workers installing our equipment. Thanks again guys.

Air conditioning broke over Labour Day weekend which was brutally hot. Took 3 repairmen - first 2 were contracted, not working for Reliance - to finally fix it. Lack of follow up and care from contract repair guys was brutal. Finally a trusted advisor from Reliance came out and solved the issue which was simply a part being put in backwards. His name is Greg L. #1469 and he was excellent. Contracted repair guys were awful. Never left any paperwork so no follow-up is possible. Reliance should stop contracting out work. Thankfully I bought into the home protection plan.

Christian Janssens was knowledgeable, on time, courteous and helpful. The price was reasonable and hi advice was helpful. He knew the equipment, and made some suggestions for maintenance and service.

There was no hot water coming from the taps. I called Reliance and had a technician, Wesley onsite within a few hours. He was polite courteous and knowledgeable and resolved the issue very quickly with a thorough explanation of the problem and how to identify the problem in the future. Would definitely recommend Reliance and Wesley for future work.

Daniel and Andrew were very professional. They took the time to explain everything they was doing and how they were going to do it. They were clean & tidy. I Highly recommend them!

Tyler Team Member 2392 was very professional. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and why it needed to be done. He was clean & tidy. The rating star says out of 10, but the highest I could check was 5. Otherwise everything would be a 10. A dedicated good employee.

Tim was the person sent to do the annual inspection and change filters etc. He was on time, efficient and personable. He was knowledgeable and able to answer our questions.

Mine air conditioner broke.I called Reliance and they were able to send a technician the very same day. Adam Walker performed the troubleshooting and was able to fix the air conditioner within less than 20 minutes. I am very happy with the service and would recommend Reliance to anyone.
