    Furnace Inspection

    Had the furnace inspected by Joe Petitt, Team Member #2310 today for the winter. He was thorough, knowledgeable and courteous. He explained everything he was doing and also gave us some information on products we will be looking into and quite possibly buying from you shortly. He knows and understands our needs as a customer. At the best of times my attitude towards your company was lukewarm at best, after speaking with Joe, he has given me hope to deal with your company in the future.

    Repair of a HOme Air Conditioning System

    I bought a new furnace and air conditioner for my home in June/2012 and today they arrive to fix the air conditioning on the 10 year warranty and i am happy

    Service by Mr. Joe Petitti #2310

    Joe came right at time, found prob in first sight, though he needed to grab things from warehouse, yet fixed problem in less than 1 hour and suggested many things for efficient use of equipment. Summarizing, it was a very punctual call attended with quality work.

    Furnace maintenance check up

    Today we had a furnace maintenance check by Phil Latour from Reliance to make sure it would be ready for Winter. Phil was timely, courteous and very informative about the state of the furnace. We are now confident that we can handle whatever the coming Winter season has in store for us!!! Thanks again!

    replace furnace and ac unit

    The process of transition was quick and clean the two technicians Sean & Dan were awesome. Thanks to Dan Shepley, your sales representative who put us on your new program for billing and also made all the arrangements for the work order and came through with all that was discussed and promised

    Water tank leak

    I called Reliance as my husband thought we had a water tank leak. The service technician called before coming out as the call agent said he would try to do. Technician DAA1485 let me know that he would be a bit getting to my place as his last call was further away which was nice to know. When the technician showed up and realized it was the furnace he immediately let me know that he would not be able to fix it as he can only repair water tanks. He was very kind and took a quick peek to ensure the water issue was with the furnace and not my foundation which put my mind at ease. The technician then took the time to review my options with me and went even further by calling his boss to see if he could do anything else for me. After being unable to reach his boss he called his repair call agent who couldn't help but told him to have me call the general line. The technician took it upon himself to continue to assist me by using his cellphone to call the enquiry line to see if they could assist me which they did. Technician DAA1485 (John S) needs to be recognized for his excellent customer service skills. This type of exceptional customer service is truly difficult to find these days. If I need service again I will definitely request they send the same technician. Thanks John!!

    AC repair

    Called for a problem with our air conditioner. Richard, Team Member #1568 was prompt arriving for the service call as scheduled. He has a very pleasant manner, yet was very efficient a getting right to work on our problem. At first the problem was hard to pin point, but he soon solved it. But that was not all, he took the initiative to look at our furnace and quickly found a major problem with it. That to was repaired quickly. This saved both us and Reliance another visit when heating season arrives. We are very pleased with the service we get from Reliance and would highly recommend Richard #1568 for any service work on AC & heating.

    In a short note, I've had a nice experience all in all. The sales lady "Lina" was quite professional and a true deal maker, making business can be easy if the sales team are willing to be honest and show sincerity to the customer. Thanks to Lina and Reliance team....

    Service by Phil Latour - #950

    I have a water heater that has failed 3 times in the last 6 weeks. Reliance has been prompt in sending service technicians, however, no one was able to diagnose the issue. Phil is more experienced than the last two technicians and spent the time troubleshooting the issue. He came up with a great solution and I am confident the issue is resolved. Thank you very much Phil!

    New Hot water Service

    My hot water tank needed replacing. I called these folks - sales were great came out on the holiday Monday and all scheduled for next day. After numerous follow calls - nothing. 2 days later still no hot water and no update despite repeated assurances it would be scheduled.
