    AC, Furance

    My AC wasn't working and they came out to look at it and it was the fuse to the furnace. I would have never had thought to check the fuse for the furnace but knowing all this now it makes sense to check the furnace if Ac isn't working and you have changed your fuses. Thank you Gary for your kindness and your information you have giving me. And a big thank you for getting my AC up and running Sandra Kane

    Hot water tank

    Well here's my rant. Has anyone else had as horrible an experience with reliance as I've had. I got a new hot water tank in 2012. (A rental) This year natural gas was brought to my house. I called them in April to see if they could switch it to a hot water on demand unit for me. They told me my bill would triple for that type of unit. So I said ok never mind I'll just buy one. At this point they told me I signed a contract. Which I didn't. They said a manger would get back to me. This never happened. I called back twice in August. They said this time I made a verbal agreement. They said they would send me the audio of me making the contract. This has never happened. I called back today September 1st. And still nothing. Once again a promise of a call that I'm sure will never happen. Now I have a bill for $925. Which is even more then they told me it would be in April when I first called and I've made three rental payments since then. Wondering if this will ever be dealt with.

    Hot Water Heater Repair

    My hot water heater was starting and stopping multiple times, then locking out for a while before it tried to start again. I called Reliance and set up an appointment. Joe Petitti arrived on time, diagnosed the problem very quickly, performed a quick test to verify and made the repair. I have always been impressed with the service from Reliance and Joe is a fine example. He was very friendly, actually listened to my description of the problem and showed me the results of his diagnosis. Kudos to Joe for his expertise and to Reliance for a great customer experience.

    Water heater replacement

    Rental water heater was leaking and called Reliance. Was given a time for service. Repair guy Joe employee #2310 showed up within the time frame I was given. He had the old water heater (which was 24 years old) and the new one in 45 minutes and that was while talking about fishing and grandchildren. Very personable person. Great job Joe!

    Replacement of hot water tank

    Reliance came to replace my hot water tank because of problems. I was impressed by the amazing service They were professional, efficient and most helpful. They were prompt in arriving and got the job done very quick in getting the job done. They were very respectful of my home and my time. My two servicemen were Wes C 2380 and Dan T 3392. I hope if I ever need work done again I will get them. I love Reliance! Right from the service call to the service men arriving I experienced excellence from Reliance.

    Replacement of water tank

    John S the technician was personable and a true professional. House is a rental with access to water tank was a little daunting. Not one complaint from John he set himself to work and had the job done I would say within the hour. He called someone to assist him in removing the old tank. I barely heard him if it wasn't for the occasional bark downstairs from my pugs that they wanted to see John. He was quick, he was pleasant, he was quiet and if all your service technician are 1/2 the quality John gave us, then your company will be set in gold for many years. Treat this guy right, he represents your company with dignity! Andre Grenier

    AC repair

    I called first thing in the morning as my AC has just started malfunctioning the night before and Reliance had me booked in for later that morning. The Technician, Adam, arrived within the timeslot, discussed the issue with me for a few minutes and had located the problem within 15 minutes. The repair took another 15-20 minutes and the AC was back up and running. Great service, full consultation about problem, cost and repair. overall very pleased with service.

    Furnace Install

    Installers showed up right on time and very quick with the install, they were very respective of my house with putting down blankets etc. Jon was awesome in terms of setting everything up and getting me a great deal, he was easy to contact when I needed someone to come follow up and the service was perfect. Thank you for the great experience :)

    Steve was great, this young man knows what he was doing. My rental tank had a leak and Steve fixed it. Great Job. He was an asset to the company. :-)

    Replace Water Heater with Tankless model

    Jon was very knowledgeable about the building codes and what would be required to install a tankless water heater. He came up with the solution to run the exhaust and intake pipes through the garage so we didn't have to go back to a tank model. The installers worked quickly, using rugs in the house and cleaning up the debris when done, and had the old model out and the new one installed within the time frame estimated. Very happy with the new heater!!
