A new hot water tank was installed to replace a 13 year old tank. Our serviceman, Mike T. was punctual, professional, friendly and efficient . We were extremely pleased with the service.

We call this morning about our water heater repair they send guy for repair his name Saleem Malik he come within 30min. He give the very good service. GOOD SERVICE

It was the two hottest days in all of 2015 and our air conditioner stopped working. A sub contractor was sent out first but he was unable to fix the problem, but luckily they were able to have another technician come out that same evening. Bruce M. #3158 was friendly, prompt and efficient. He even was approached by a neighbor while he was outside working on the ac unit, and kindly helped that gentleman with his questions. Bruce was in and out in less than half an hour and became my favourite person when the cool air started coming out of the vents again. I told him I would give him a big hug if I wasn't so sweaty. Kudos to Bruce for a superior customer service experience. I was hot, tired and cranky when he arrived and relieved, hopeful and happy when he left.

Hot water tank failed over night. Service technician was on site within 2 hours of making the service call. The Technician did a great job. The technician not only fixed the water tank, he also offer some great advice on how to use our furnace better.

Called this morning because water heater wasn't working. Phil, the service man, came within 45 minutes of my call. Turned out it was a dirty sensor that he cleaned and tested. Phil was very friendly and had lots of advice for me re: my water heater. I was very impressed with Reliance's timing for getting someone out to my place and with Phil's work and friendliness.

The Home Comfort adviser, Lina Alviar , was very professional and knowledgeable , she explained us the options that we had for the upgrade of the furnace and A/C, the pros and cons and responded all our technical questions and concerns . Because of her professionalism we signed up a full rental deal. She scheduled the complete installation for the next day. The installation crew arrived on time, was highly professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy and friendly. They made sure that I understood everything that they were doing. The job was done as quickly as it can be. The place was cleaned up well afterwards, old equipment, parts, pipes, etc - evacuated. All my questions regarding the new equipment operation and maintenance were answered. We are very satisfied with the service we have received from Reliance and highly recommend them.

! My AC broke down mid summer, called reliance and had installation the next day. Technicians were professional and very informative. The Thermostat installed was not the one shown on the flyer.

I had a great experience from all aspects of Reliance, from service, sales right thru to the installation. Very professional people and I felt at ease. I appreciate you all and Thanks again for everything .

Water heaters never have and still do not work as I was promised. Installation was terribly messy and holes left open to outside. Also did not turn the water back on fully when they left and we had to hire a plumber to see what the problem was. Your survey asks for a dollar number for the "service" It is a rental!

Our salesman Patrick was great! Walked us through all of our options and setup our appointment for a Monday morning. Techs arrived onetime and were courteous and well trained. Mark and Skylar worked very well to ensure we received great service. We are very happy with our decision!
