    new water heater install

    Brian and Brad were very efficient at removing our old system and installing a new hot water heater. They were knowledgeable and friendly providing excellent customer service. Thank you !!

    Service for air conditioner

    I called Sunday night that my air conditioner was not working. I had Rob Scott #2929 at my door the next morning at 8:30 a.m. And he fixed it in no time at all. I can tell you having the reliance extra warrenty service has came through for me a few times. And not one complaint about anything. The temp today is going to be 34 with the humadex... Thank you Rob!!!

    Water heater

    My rental water heater began to leak. A service tech came out the same day to replace it. Ron C. replaced the tank and answered all my questions. He reviewed the proper heat settings and showed me where the gas shut off and water shut off were located and how to use them. Thank you, Ron C (#RCW 1065) for making a stressful day less stressful.

    Water Heater/Switch out and installed

    Fantastic Service, my service call was responded for the next day service! Tech was on time, very friendly and went above and beyond the call of duty Explained how to use the new water heater and installed within an hour. Excellent service level, Thank you very much Joe!     Upgrade Furnace and AC

    From the minute I called when our AC quit working to the end of that very same day when I had a the complete installation of my new scheduled for 2 days later the service from Reliance has been spectacular! The service technician (Kyle Vodden) who came out was professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. He spent the time to make sure I knew exactly what was going on. Dean Timpany - our Home Comfort Advisor - came out the very same day even though the appointment was originally scheduled for the next day. He was also very professional and knowledgeable, walked me through my options, and explained the pros and cons. No pressure but because of his excellent salesmanship and professionalism we signed up a full rental deal at what I believe to be excellent value. I am more than satisfied with the service I have received this weekend from Reliance and highly recommend them to anybody looking for service or upgrades to their current heating or cooling systems.

    Furnace and air instal

    Daniel and Andrew did the install of my furnace and a.c. They arrived on time, were very profession, helpful and pleasant young men. Made sure that I understood everything they where doing, and explained how the new furnace thermastat worked as well as the ac! Cleaned up everything and removed all the garbage as well, including an item which was mine! Thank you Dan and Andrew for a job well done!

    gas water heater installation

    Excellent installation job done by Joe P out of Brantford. Done in a timely manner and cleaned up after himself. Could possibly have sealed the exhaust pipe better with a colour match caulking.

    Water heater service.

    I am renting the water heater. The water heater stops working. I called service. Reaction time very good, service personal was there 2 hours after the phone call. He suspected the burner is the problem. No parts available. We waited for part two days. Two days with out hot water. The part shipped to my house, called service. Waiting 2 hours. The second service personal found out the problem was only the ignition not the burner. He installed the new burner anyway. With out hot water for two days, because the first service personal did not investigate what is the problem.

    New furnace

    I am happy with the overall installation and the furnace itself h The projected cost savings that was a selling feature for us never materialized actually the costs went up Also the maintenance agreement for the new furnace was not explained clearly by Gail.

    On demand tankless water heater

    We have wanted to switch to tankless for a while. We were on vacation and returned home to find our water yellow. We put in a service call and had a service tech here with in 24 hours. We expressed an interest in tankless and we were given all the information and phone numbers to call. This was Friday, by Tuesday we had the on site inspection and within 1 week we had our new on demand tankless hot water heater. Professional, helpful and knowledgable every step of the process!
