After comparing pricing and warranties, I decided to go with Reliance Home Comfort. I must say that if the installers are any indication of how the company operates, then its first rate all the way. Saagar Mistry and his assistant Ahsan were top notch installers. They came right at the beginning of the time window, calling me before hand to make sure I had ample time to get home to allow them in the house. They were quick and efficient in their work. They never complained about the installation process. Most of all, they took the time to explain the process and answered any questions I had. I must say, it was an overall great experience.

Met with company rep, Omer who was lovely, excellent rep. Arranged for pre-assessment 2 days ago. Boiler and water heater to be installed today between 9-9:30. No one called or came. I called 2 times this morning, no one called me back until 1:47- I missed doctors appt. Finally learned via email this boiler will not work in our house. Why did no one call me so I did not give up my whole day? Now need to get it off my visa!

I had my water heater tank repaired. I called yesterday and had it fixed this morning! The service person (Randy) was very professional and friendly! Thank You Reliance I would definitely recommend your service!!

We called Reliance to report an issue with our hot water. They scheduled someone to come in the very next day. Greg came to our house, and fixed the issue. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He even wore a cover for his shoes, when he entered our house! This is our first experience with Reliance, and I have to say, we are thoroughly impressed. We will definitely be recommending them to our family and friends. Thanks Greg!

We decided to switch from a conventional water heater to a tankless water heater. The service we received was prompt and professional. From the initial phone call to the completion of the job, Reliance was a pleasure to deal with. The staff (Keith and Warren) were also very friendly and knowledgeable throughout the installation. I would highly recommend Reliance in the future to family and friends.

I just moved into my home. The direct vent water heater was unusually loud. I call Reliance, they dispatched a technician. The technician, Joseph Petitti, arrived earlier than planned but he called me before arriving. Joseph assessed the situation and repaired the problem quickly and efficiently. He gave me some money saving ideas of how to manage my water heater. He also told me about the service agreements for the furnace and a/c, which he recommended for my peace of mind. He will be sending me some info about service agreements. Joseph impressed me as a genuine person, interested in his clients, and very capable at his job, a good representative of Reliance.

I don't always have the best luck with Reliance, but Jesse Braswell has helped restore my faith in this company. He did an excellent job. He was courteous and efficient. Couldn't ask for more from him. 5/5 stars for Jesse. Thank you.

I recently had by water heater replace, the service was excellent, the two installers Trevor and Eduardo were very professional and polite when replacing my water heater. I recommend this company because of their excellent service.

Mike the Reliance Tech came for my summer service call and reminded me that i was eligible for a review of my contract with great possibilities for enhanced equipment and better operation. He put me in touch with Karen Barna who arranged to meet with my wife & I. Had a great chat and review of our situation. Karen was absolutely ready to answer all our questions and was well aware of her company's products. Her personality shone through with her professionalism riding right alongside. She was able to arrange major modifications to our equipment and establish a quick installation that worked extremely well with our availability. The guys (Wolf and Barry) arrived exactly as promised. Another two great techs from Reliance. They were affable, professional and diligent. They answered every question we had and provided tutorials on all the new devices. Both fellows carried a quality that their employer can be proud of having in them. While the guys were doing the removals and installs , Karen arrived at the house to follow up with us and the techs . A quality feature of her approach the job. All work was completed in a timely fashion and the entire area was clean after their work was done. They went out of their way to ensure that they did not create any dirt or mess and were of no burden on us in anyway. It was a quality driven job performed by all. We highly recommend all of them for anyone's future needs from Reliance.

I worked with Jesse on this install and he did a great job quoting and setting up the install. He was very professional and his follow-up was excellent. The time between the quote and the install date was very short and he was able to get it done the day after we closed on our house. Great service!
