    water heater

    Very quick response to a water heater problem. The technician, Jordan, was knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful with good suggestions for follow-up. We were very pleased with his explanations and efficiency.

    Air Conditioning

    Over the past 4 weeks, I've had 6 Reliance contractors trying to solve my issue. Finally, yesterday, an actual RELIANCE service tech solved my problem. I never want a contractor sent by Reliance again...only a Reliance man. The brilliant man in question is Joe Green. Thanks Joe!

    air condition

    my air condition dint work for a day, I called you guys and gave me services right away!!! GARY #793 WAS VERY FOCCUS AND VERY POLITE AND IN FEW MINUTES FOUND AND GAVE SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM. KEEP THIS GUY IN YOUR COMPANY HE IS EXCELENT!!

    H&C Incentive declined three times in the last three months

    I had my Furnace & A/C replaced in June 2015. The Salesperson, Stephen, promised Reliance Comfort will take care of the application and I will get the incentive in no time. Truth is, three months later, the application was declined for three consecutive times, the last two times for the SAME reason, see attached proof. I called Customer Support, and called, again, and in the end Customer Resolution Specialist Mary Lou promised the proper information will be, finally entered. I kept sending emails, and asked Stephen and Mary Lou for the manager contact name and phone number (or email addresses) and was denied, repeatedly, that information. I wonder how many customers like me are out there ... PS The original technician name shows: SAAGAR

    new furnace/air conditioner

    home comfort advisor ,Gail Garbett took the time to fully explain procedures and advantages of vaious systems. she measure the old furnace and air conditioner and came up with what i wanted. all in all excellent advice and service. on a scale of 1-10 i would give her a 10. richard benoit

    Air Conditioner Repair

    The reliance employee (Ian) who came to fix our air conditioner was great! He was very courteous and helpful in explaining the problem and he had it fixed in no time. He even suggested preventative measures to keep everything running smoothly. Everything is working great and he even called the next day to make sure that everything was working as it was when he was finished. Excellent customer service.

    Furnace/Air Conditioning Replacement

    We purchased a 16 year old home just under a year ago and we didn't know how long the furnace and A/C would work. Unfortunately during the July heat wave our A/C quit. We called Reliance on a Sunday and booked an appointment, Lina came promptly on the Monday and we had the new furnace and A/C installed on the Tuesday. We are extremely happy with the service provided by all of their employees - especially Lina. She was very easy to speak to and courteous to all my family members.

    Furnace and Air Conditioner Repair

    Mike R. # 2296 from the Burlington Reliance office came to my house this week to repair my air conditioner and furnace. There was no cost as I am on the Home Comfort plan. Mike did excellent work and my equipment is in perfect condition now, operating better than ever.Yesterday, he worked for 6 hours without a break even for lunch, replacing major parts of both older models. He had assessed the systems the previous day and ordered the parts. He picked them up at the supplier himself on the way to do the work here. He was clearly very skilled and I appreciated his patience in answering my questions. He was extremely polite and punctual. I had been told by another company that it was impossible to repair the system, but Mike did a great job and now it's working like a charm. Today, in a record heat wave, my house is cool and comfortable. I want to thank Mike for his fine work and Reliance for training and keeping high-quality employees.

    qoute and recommendation on new furnace and air conditioning unit

    i had my air conditioner broken down and serviced by a Reliance technician on 22 July 2015, and an appointment was fixed by the technician for the sales personnel to review on suitable new furnace and an air conditioner to visit me on Aug 2, 2015 at 11 Am. despite my waiting for whole day nobody turned up. on Aug 17th morning, I called Reliance Home comfort again reminding about un-kept appointment. The receptionist promptly apologized, and contacted responsible sales person, and told men that he would contact me. after half an hour the sales person contacted me fixing the appointment at 11 am on Wednesday, that is today. I have been waiting till now (6.55 PM) and the sales person did not show his face or had the courtesy to to inform me that he cannot make it today. kocoliver@hotmail.com Oliver/Missauga I really wonder how reliable the service of this company would be, if i end up buying the units from this company
