My furnace fan began making noise, serviceman there next day, part replaced in 4 days. A week later my A/C compressor motor seized. The repairman was there that afternoon, part was ordered and it arrived at my house next day. I phoned and the motor etc installed the next morning. You can't ask for better service than that. And all covered by my maintenance contract.

Just writing this quick review to mention that the installation crew was highly professional, polite and friendly. The job was done as quickly as it can be. The place was cleaned up well afterwards, old equipment, parts, pipes, etc - evacuated. All my questions regarding the new equipment operation and maintenance - answered. 10 out of 10 stars for the installers - Saager and Ahsan (RCSS015).

Christian Janssens was very friendly and helpful in explaining what needed to be done. He worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up afterwards. He even made sure our new kitten didn't make a run for it when the door was open. :) Very pleased.

What started as a great experience with the service of our old units has turned into a very frustrating situation with the new units installed just over a week ago. Installing contractors could not get the furnace to fire after installation saying it was because the house was too hot. Then just left. A couple of days later we had a larger puddle of water under the furnace and a soaked air filter. Booked a service appointment ( missing time from work ) and was told by the Reliance tech that the thermostat was wired incorrectly and a data plug was missing. A potentially dangerous situation. We were told we could not use our central until this was rectified. Now need to miss more time at work when they come back with the data plug. I wonder if I will be offered the $500.00 " no frustration" guarantee?? Not likely. Starting to question our decision to go with Reliance.

We lost our hot water supply and called Reliance on a Saturday night. On Sunday morning a technician (named Philip) arrived and knew exactly what to do. He repaired the problem in no time! And he couldn't have been a nicer guy.

Installed a brand new unit for rent.. brokedown twice..with the last one serious with coil leaking, which was replaced after 2 days with no air in the middle of the summer heat wave. Fed up with subcontractors working for reliance with no responsibility for their work. Never again reliance.

We spent five days with no AC in the heat wave although the Unit is brand new. Contractors came 3 times but failed to fix it and were not on time until a reliance in house tech whose name is Adam Walker came and fixed it

Just want to mention the technicians who installed our Furnace and AC were very professional and friendly,they checked out and made sure that all the appliances are safe to operate as well made sure that the working area is tidied up after the completion. Two thumbs up for Sepehr and Faramarz who did a great job.
