I have never been messed around as much as I have been with this company. My A/c unit is only 10 months old, Has stopped working. First call was made July 21st at 9:31am to have a tech come out that night 9.15pm, said it needed a coil. That contractor and his colleague return Thursday, 4 days later. To be told a few different things plus now it will cost me $500. The unit is not even a year old. They said its not covered under warranty. (Which it is a reliance agent confirmed it for me) Asked when can they start working on this, "maybe sometime next week". I have spoke to every departments manager at Reliance . To finally asking for a Reliance Tech to be sent to repair the unit. Which will be 10 days from my first phone call. The original techs that had first come to repair the unit, had terrible customer service. I also work in this area of customer service, and one of the biggest issues that is frown upon is in front of the customer speak a different language. Very rude and unprofessional. Reliance needs to remember the contracts that you do business with also represent Reliance as a company. I have not once felt that I have been heard, I have repeated what has happened over and over again. I have not received one returned phone call, no solution has been offered I had to request another tech. No follow up at anytime regarding my unit getting serviced.
Very dissatisfied.
