The repair man was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and quickly had our furnace blowing the sweet cold air from our AC again. Having the Home Comfort plan, the services came at no extra charge. Fantastic!!

Randy came to our House and fixed our Air exchange system.WE would like to thank Randy for the job he did.System not working correctly yet.Hoping it takes a couple of days for the system to catch up.

Our furnace and air conditioner are 15 years old and in need of replacing. Our salesman Dean Timpany from Reliance set us up with a rental plan that made sense and fit our budget. Dean fully explained all the details and benefits of renting over purchasing the units as well as all the rebates we were entitled to. We have done business with Dean in the past and would recommend him to any one.

Tom from Reliance came to my home to give me a price on a new air conditioner because my old one broke down. Tom was very honest & caring. He had a lot of patience for my many questions. The installers also did a fantastic job. Thank you Tom for your amazing service I would recommend you & Reliance to all my family & friends. Thank you so much!!!!

My husband & I had an initial consultation today with Reliance Home Comfort Advisor - Darius C. Half way through our appointment we knew we would proceed with A/C installation. Darius took the time to provide & explain all options available to us; in a clear manner. Installation of rental equipment for heat and air conditioning. The installers Daniel and Aryn were professional and friendly and did a fantastic job. They provided the service in a timely manner and left the area clean.

Air conditioner was not cooling down house properly. Contacted for service, company sent a contractor to fix. This contractor gave me useless information and "fixed" the problem and left. Problem was not fixed. Contacted Reliance 3 more times before they realized that the contractors came and left also closing the initial ticket. Once new service request went in, they sent a Reliance technician (Rick) who identified that there was a problem scheduled another service appointment for when equipment was available. Tim P. Was the service tech that came, he provided a thorough inspection of my unit and made all the arrangements to get the problem resolved in a timely manner. Even when the wrong part was delivered, Tim refused to install until correct part was available and made sure it was available next day for install. Tim was extremely knowledgeable, polite, and friendly. The work done was superb and clean. Thanks to Tim and Rick for fixing my Air Conditioner!!

New power vented water heater installed. Very impressed with the tech., very informative and did excellent work. Very informative about the service, maintenance and home monthly rental programs available. We will definitely consider taking the monthly service and maintenance program.

Due to the Water Heater not producing any hot water, Jake Stasuk was sent to take car of it. He came at the time suggested originally and was fixed right away with ease! Jake was very polite, knowledgeable and professional. Overall, he was very helpful and I was contented with his service!
