Our new furnace/air conditioner was not installed properly and we have had numerous repair people come out to fix it. It continued to not work correctly until Joe Green came to our house this week to look at it. Joe spent 3 days at our house, working tirelessly to fix the problem. He was professional, polite, and clearly communicated with us the progress of the repair. He always kept us up to date on the work and answered all of our questions. Joe is very knowledgeable and thorough in his work. Thanks so much Joe!

we had service tech send by Reliance to fix our tank. The job was done by Gurmeet who was very professional in his field. He also explained what went wrong with the tank and fixed it to our complete satisfaction. He also check our AC which was not cooling well and set up plan for us. Thanks Gurmeet for all your help.

On Tuesday 21st July, 2015 Mr Laurier LeBlanc from your office came and did a great job. We were very disappointed from pasted visits from other repair persons, but he was very professional, polite, kind and very understanding. With that said we were very pleased with his work and he should be praised for a well done job.

We had some difficulty getting a person there, and the technicial was 2 hours later than originally said, but Peter G. #5278, our Reliance Technician, was worth waiting for. Our AirConditioner was up and running minutes after he arrived, having replaced a part in the motor, and the best part it was covered under our plan. Good job Reliance!

Craigon was very fast at fixing the problem. Thank you for teaching me some things about my water heater. Very polite,curtious, andknowledgeable. Thank you for the fast response and patience as he had to wait for me to come home. I appreciate that he was very nice to my dogs. Very nice smile and is welcome back anytime.

Sasha provided proompt and courteous service. He noticed a cracked exhaust pipe and replaced in on the spot. The cost was reasonable and likely saved me from some future problems. Reliance has never disappointed me.

Happy with Reliance and Jeff Parsons. All work completed on time. Great advice from Jeff. There were some small glitches with the Thermostat but was resolved right away. Immediate response time.

Joe Green was very professional and courteous. He was called at the last minute to service our A/C unit after the scheduled technician took ill. He knew exactly what was wrong and was quick to replace. He explained every step of the way.
