I didn't know that the installers wouldn't be from reliance - they were sub-contractors and there were two different companies.
The water heater installer made me uncomfortable by constantly looking at me inappropriately. The water heater was not level when installed and they left a significant gas leak.
The furnace & AC installation took several hours longer than I expected and no one called me at any time before the installation to let me know when I could expect anyone to arrive.
I tried several times - via telephone and email - to get a hold of the sales person without any luck. He never returned any phone call or email or bothered to check in anytime during or after the installation.
The furnace installer did not come with the Nest thermostat that was promised me by the sales person. I was told someone would come back with the Nest, but no one ever came or called. I had to call again to have someone come a month later to install the Nest.
When everything was completed, the furnace installer informed me of the gas leak left by the water heater installer and told me to call Reliance customer service and left.
I then had to call customer service thinking that someone would come to repair but was informed that I had to call the gas company. The gas company came immediately to tell me the leak was very significant and turned everything off until Reliance could come back to repair. Reliance sent someone the next morning, who didn't have the tools to repair the leak. I then had to call again to get another person to come to repair the leak.
All in all an extremely frustrating and unsatisfactory experience.
On a positive note... Both Reliance repair men were professional and courteous!
