After our 28 year old AC died we contacted a few people for quotes to get it replaced. Darryl Cherry from Reliance came out to see us less than 24 hours of my phone call to give us a free estimate. He provided us with a few different options which helped make our new system more affordable. The next morning Russel and Brian were here bright and early and soon had the AC installed and running. Very happy with the wonderful service that we have received.

Philip Sirek was efficient, professional and very polite. As well as quickly fixing my water heater he educated me on my need for a new furnace. He helped me understand the advantages and thoroughly explained my options. I will certainly call him in the next couple weeks.

Original annual maintenance inadvertently caused some issues with the cooling abilities of the central air. I called the support line, told them it was urgent and service technician was at my house within a few hours. Was not able to fix during original service call, returned first thing next day to fix cooling system. Works great, and provided detailed explanation to issues.

in may of 2015 I requested a maintenance service for my furnace and a/c..it was found at this time that the furnace was faulty and was tagged as such.. the service people connected me with the sales representative, laura meikle immediately and she came by the same day with information regarding replacement products available. laura was very knowledgeable and informative about many of your products and followed up later that day by providing me comparative information on three different products as requested.....she has followed up with me on several occasions with emails and phone calls as I requested....she always replied promptly.. I have certainly been pleased with her assistance and patience while I made my decision... I would be very sure to recommend her services to other friends .... thank you laura... I am having the new equipment installed today and am hopeful that the equipment and installation will be as successful..

I have the home protection plan with Reliance Home Comfort so our repair cost was $0. We had an issue with our furnace. They came out promptly, explained the problem and repaired the furnace. Mike R and Dave C. were both professional, and polite. Included in the plan are yearly inspections of the air conditioner and furnace. We utilize this service and have also found the technicians to be very professional.

We recently needed some of our older hot water tanks replaced and Reliance is amazing. Josh W. Tech DAA0985 was awesome and totally obliging and courteous in every way. All the techs that came to the Co-Op to help with the tank replacements were fantastic. Brian Bonora and Fred Buesnel were also great to deal with. Thank You!

From sales to installation the experience was wonderful. My sales rep Morgan was very professional and east to deal with. He is a true asset to your company. The installation crew Chris and John we polite, professional and very accommodating. The work was completed in a timely manner and the installation was done to highest standards ensure everything was done to code. Great Job guys - 10 out of 10 is not a high enough score!

What an excellent customer service provided by service technician "Derek". I was thrilled the way he handled the service call, he didn't only replaced the furnace motor but also gave me the briefing about how to increase the furnace life and to utilize the furnace to its maximum potential. I am glad that I had the coverage with Reliance so I didn't have to pay anything. I am confident that technician's like Derek are the asset of Reliance!!! Keep Up The Great Work Team!!!

We purchased a new high end furnace and air conditioner last Fall from Reliance (almost $13,000). Unfortunately have had nothing but problems since. Reliance subcontracted the install to company called Dynamic. They were not able to get the air conditioner to work after the first day and promised to return the following week, which they never did. Within a month all the tubing connections in the furnace room started to melt and furnace stopped working. Have had to call Reliance technicians on 2 occasions to try to get the issue fixed. Eight months later, I still do not have a working air conditioner. I finally got a Reliance technician here today (Joe) who is great and knows what he is doing and he has figured out that the air conditioner was never connected with the proper wiring. He will have to cut through the basement drywall, run new wire, and hopefully A/C unit will work then. I expected much better from dealing with such a big company. I am shocked that this type of poor workmanship is tolerated by Reliance.

Jordan Taylor provided prompt polite service and was very down to earth while maintaining a high level of professionalism. he went above and beyond and gave me a quick lesson which will provide useful in the future as i do maintain multiple properties, A+ thanks.
