The guy named Keith Cota changed my old water tank heater to a new one today, and I observed he did a great job and explaining it to me whats going on and telling me that he change the valve for the gas line.

Today between 7-11 someone from this company was supposed to service my hot water tank which is not working. The service man called my cell phone which unfortunately was on silent which I didn't hear. The service man attended our house, which had my entire family home, walked up to our basement door, NOT my front door and put a notice on WITHOUT knocking. My 6 year old son watched the entire thing. By the time I got to the front door he was driving away. Tried calling back the number that called me with no response, left message no response. How hard is it to knock on a door!? JOKE, hire people who arnt lazy.

Old water heater came with purchase of house. I called for a few quotes and was impressed by the whole Reliance team we came in contact with: Joel (onsite consulting), Debra (inside sales), and the installation crew: Eric and Wes. They were all very knowledgeable, efficient and genuinely friendly. They even matched the install offer by the "other guys" - highly recommend Reliance!

Christian arrived right on time Sunday AM to look at hot water tank that was not working to full capacity. In a very short period of time, he had it working perfectly.

After many scheduling errors and technicians not showing up to fix my water heater I was so grateful when Tony showed up. Thank you Tony you are fantastic! 10/10 service.

Water heater sprung a leak which resulted in substantial water in the basement. Original rep identified that the unit needed to be replaced (Sunday), which was known prior to his arrival. Original rep did not arrive with requisite materials for the task. Second representative (Monday afternoon) was quick and professional.

Joe G. from Reliance came out this AM and was able to diagnose, fix and repair our leak in less than an hour. Also gave us great piece of mind that their was no major damage. The service has been great so far from Reliance. Keep up the good work!

We just recently moved into our new home and the hot water was taking too long to heat up and an Error 11 showing on our tankless heater. I called Reliance at approximately 10:40 am and was given an apt between 10-2 that same day. Tim (RNK2531) arrived around 1pm and completed the service on the water heater. He also provided some insight on the unit as we have never owned one before. Far superior experience with Reliance than other service providers we have had in the past. Thank you Tim and Well Done Reliance!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! My furnace died on family day weekend (February) which was also the coldest weekend of the year. I called Reliance as I had a hot water heater with them and was told they could not come out for 48 hours. I called another local company who came out and diagnosed my furnace and told me i needed a new one. I then called Reliance and advised them of the dead furnace and they sent a sales rep out the very next day. They could come and fix or diagnose my furnace but were there to take my money with in 12 hours. After deciding on a rental, i was then told that it would be another 48 hours before it could be installed. it was -30 degree's at this point. They contracted EnerStar from St Catherines who came out and did the install. Shortly after the install they told me they had to come back as the exhaust line had to be finished and we agreed on a date and time which they did not show up for. Shortly after they left my basement floor was flooded as they had cut the line to my water softner. I left numerous messages for my Sales Rep Mike which all went unresponded. I then started dealing with his boss to try and get everything fixed as they had also run the exhaust right beside my neighbours vent causing her CO2 detector to go off. I ended up fixing that problem myself. After several months and more than 10 unanswered phone messages i finally got a plumber in to fix the water softner and the exhaust fixed and to code, oh I have to add this was finally done in June. I was then told that I would recieve 4 months free for my "troubles" which i found out was also false as they took the money out of my account anyway. I had put a stop payment on with my bank until everything was done and they went in under another reliance name and took the money out anyway (July). After being on hold for 26 minutes I was finally able to talk to someone who told me my money would be refunded in 3 business days. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The name Reliance is decieving. Numerous unanswered phone calls, promises that weren't kept and horrible customer service. I have to say they are pleasant and kind on the phone and promise everything to you which i quickly realized were all just empty promises. I am in the process of having the furnace and A/C removed and will go with another company. I've never had such a negative experience.

No hot water. Called Reliance. My motor had shorted out because of a leaking pipe. Craigon Guarrasi attended my house. He was great...very helpful and polite. He called in to see if there was a replacement motor available and went to get it right away so that I didn't have to go another night without water. He was great.
