Bruce M #3158 was all work for 3 hours on my furnace and a/c. Wonderful advice and very respectful. Recommend this plan for everybody. Bruce is all smile and just a wonderful guy.

We called Reliance on Friday as we were having concerns with the performance of our rental water heater. Wes C RCH 2380 came the next day to assess our situation and replaced our water heater today. He could not have been a better ambassador for Reliance. He was extremely polite, pleasant and efficient and worked continuously until he was absolutely certain that we were satisfied with our situation. He answered all of our questions professionally and made us feel like highly valued customers. For a while I was starting to wonder why I was paying regularly for a rental water heater but after this service call and the high level of service that we received, we are very satisfied and are likely to stay with Reliance for a long time (and possibly purchase a furnace and A/C through Reliance when we are ready). In short, an excellent job done!

Had an awesome service tech (joe p from brantford) to my home. Our water heater was leaking and he came out late in the evening recommended a replacement then returned first thing the next day to replace it. Best service technician in the city.

Serve tech was very prompt and came when promised. He fixed a minor problem quickly and efficiently. He was very polite, I am very satisfied with the service I received

I was very pleased with the young man his name is James L. I am from Sudbury On and when I called today because my central was not working they got the technician to come today he was very pleasant cordial very easy to talk to found the problem fixed explained to me what was wrong very enjoyable experience

Service was exceptional. Tyler (empl # 3193) service tech went above and beyond his job by answering all of our questions and making sure we we're 100% satisfied. Reliance has a true asset with Tyler. His prompt attention to detail and customer focus was truly appreciated. Would definitely use this company again.

Mike and Viji came in to install a new Furnace and AC unit. In and out in a bit over half a day. Great guys, courteous and knowledgeable. Love the red carpet! I would recommend Reliance to anyone looking for heating and cooling issues.

My lines were completely frozen and the HVAC service tech Jason Silva explained the situation and what we needed to do in future to avoid the same problem from occurring again. Jason was very friendly and provided great service.

Matt and Neil installed my new furnace and air conditioner yesterday. They did a great job, were courteous and worked diligently. They clearly explained how the equipment and controls worked. They left the work area clean and tidy. I am thrilled with their work and with my new furnace and A/C!!

Contacted a few companies ( top three in customer ratings on HomeStars ) went with Reliance Home Comfort ( not the cheapest, I evaluated many things ), all went well, except the installation could have been better, the lines to the outdoor unit were not sealed well and the insulation and vapor barrier were not replaced, you can see light from outside where the lines go thru the wall.
