On one of the Reliance Home comfort plans. Great if you own an older furnace. The guys inspected my furnace thoroughly and ordered new parts that were not in stock. Parts arrived with in 2 days. Install was prompt. Cost me nothing outside of the contract that offers a yearly service and inspection. The workers were great. Thorough, professional, funny, courteous and timely. I would definitely recommend this service. Keep up the good work Matt, Andre, and Ryan.

Fixed boiler immediately after a gas valve issue we had at our house. Immediately serviced by technician. Very friendly and efficient. I would definitely recommend reliance to closest friends. Thank you Josh Wynne for fixing it! :)

This was our annual maintenance for our air condition. The appointment was kept on schedule and the service gentleman that came out Joe Green was very precise and brought solutions to our existing issues we had with our unit. After several years of other maintenance, Joe was able in a short time to give us a better operating unit, by making the proper adjustment that was previously never completed. He was very informative and patient to provide us with a better and efficient unit.

Made an appointment for June 15, 2015 to have my furnace and A/C checked over. Service window being 13:00 - 17:00. Received e-mail June 8, 2015 at 8:26 a.m. confirming appointment, received e-mail June 14, 2015 at 6:03 p.m. reminding me of appointment on the 15th, received e-mail June 15, 2015 at 11:02 a.m. reminding me of appointment today. Stayed home from work waiting - no one showed. Got a call from service at 5:33 p.m. saying they were swamped today and were unable to make it to my home and would I like to make another date. No was the answer. I should have been told earlier that they could not come to my home not call me after the window time. My time is just as valuable as Reliance time is. I was very upset and disappointed after sitting all afternoon waiting on a No Show!

I had a great experience dealing with Reliance and especially dealing with Lina. She provides great interest of customer needs and really seeks in the best interest of the customer. Her manners are delightful. She follows up during installation and after, making me feel well taken care.

Excellent, clean, and responsible work, completed by both Bruce and Danny. I recommend their customer service to Reliance. I'll ask for them the next time I make a service appointment.

Having a water heater issue and no hot water...scheduled appointment today 1-6pm...contractor did not arrive...service rep called their voice mail...no return call...i wasted an entire sat and will have to rebook...Reliance and their contractors are not reliable.

Our furnace and A/C was over 25 years old and we decided to upgrade to the highest efficiency package. We decided to go with Reliance Home Comfort. The installer, Chris and Dan we absolutely professional, polite and their workmanship was incredible. We went with the Smart air 1000 system with the econet wifi module. We absolutely love it and the service from Reliance is outstanding. Customer for life. What a difference in the comfort of our home. Thanks a million guys. The rep, Steve Mapletoft went above and beyond to make us happy. Thanks again
