    Air Conditioning

    The best install experience I have ever had , arrived on time, Both Chris & Ayron introduced themselves and carried on with the work. Great workmanship and they spent the time to explain the new system and process to me. Chris took the time to show me the work they had done and made sure I had no questions. If only all installs and service went this smoothly. Thank you very much. Anne

    Replacement of central air conditioner

    Jeff and Howard from Reliance Home Comfort replaced my old central air conditioning unit today. They took less than five hours to do it, went about their work in a professional manner and explained all installation options and operation of the new air conditioning unit. They took considerable measures to insure a clean and trouble free installation was their sincere objective. I would highly recommend Reliance Home a Comfort, Jeff and Howard to anyone looking for excellence in a HVAC replacement of retrofit project.

    Air conditioner and furnace tune-up

    Excellent service! Big thanks to Jamie, (ID 0302) who called to let us know he was coming and was very punctual, which I appreciated. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and very good with my pup :)

    Air conditioning service

    Bruce M explained what was not covered and what was covered. He also explained what rebates If I needed a new unit. Work carried out and fixed in a reasonable time. Courteous service advisor

    No Refund For The Returned Tank

    We rented a Reliance tank for over 12 years and when my quarterly rental jumped over $100 I decided to do what I should have done a long time ago: buy a water heater. A local reputable company came and installed the new tank AFTER I obtained the return number from Reliance. They returned the tank to Reliance the next day, March 12. Three months later I receive a new bill for my rental!! I called them and after spending 30 minutes on the phone and faxing the proof to them, Diane tells me all had been cleared. Today I received "the corrected bill" showing a credit of $82! I don't need a credit from a company I do not have a relationship with! What can I do with a credit from them? I paid them regularly for 12 years and now that's how they treat me.

    Water Heater leak

    Slow leak in water heater. Called at noon and Matthew P arrived promptly at 4pm as agreed to. Replacement fitting installed and advice given in under 10 minutes - very professional, couteous, and fast.

    Dave Masters was very patient, informative and supportive of the time I needed to make my decision. The installation went smoothly and the two gentleman who did the installation were polite and professional at all times.

    repairs to water tank (rental)

    The service I recently received from Reliance was exemplary, and reflects the quality of the service I've received from the company for the four years I've dealt with them. The Technical Expert, Abdelkadar, arrived within two hours of when I had placed my call, performed the necessary repairs to the hot water tank, and put in place the safeguards that could help to prevent the problem from reoccurring. What I really appreciated was that he didn't leave my condo until it was evident that the tank was actually functioning and would continue to be. Before he left, I noticed that he had disposed of the debris left from cleaning the tank, and even applied the appropriate tape to the connecting pipe in the way I had been instructed to do by the gas company (but hadn't gotten around to!!).

    Commercial Heating System

    Larry from Reliance Home Comfort was able to troubleshoot a problem with a complicated system in a commercial setting of multiple thermostats and averaging remote sensors. He also performed handyman duties by moving the entire thermostat board to a more convenient location. Where some specialized parts were required, he personally picked them up at the supply depot. He also performed maintenance on the furnaces and showed me the most effective way to clean the filters. The job took about four hours, but all this was done for the very reasonable price quoted at the start.

    Heating & Air Condition

    We have the Reliance warranty on our HVAC and Kyle came to fix our air conditioner which had stopped working. He arrived the same day (Monday) we called indicating a problem, and he went above and beyond to repair the AC. No luck and since it was a 1990 unit he suggested we talk with a Reliance consultant. Dean Timpany was at our house the next day to explain our options and to educate us on rebates available, etc. We decided to replace our furnace and AC and the next day Wednesday Reliance was at our home replacing our system. Install was done quickly, everything cleaned up, and a full explanation was given by the installers on how to use the new system. Overall, excellent service by every one of the Reliance team. The system is working exceptionally well and the whole house is being cooled properly. Would highly recommend Reliance!
