    New Furnace/AC

    Reliance Tech condemned our Furnace on a Friday PM. Mr. John Bielas in Sales arrived shortly thereafter going over the complete line of Furnaces and A/C 's available. We made our selection and installation would be on Monday following. We were supplied with a couple of heaters to keep us warm. Regrettably I've lost the names of the two members of the installation crew but they easily earned a 5 star rating.

    Furnace and A/C Install

    Reliance was so accommodating to what I was looking for. The at home visit gave me a ton of insight to the equipment that I had currently, and how I could cut down cost and save money. The installers were so professional and made sure that they made no messes while the were inside my home. I highly recommend their services and look forward to having them take care of my furnace and A/C unit for years to come.

    New Furnace

    After shopping around for a new energy efficient furnace, Sean Hennessy from Reliance visited my home and offered me a quote. He was polite, honest and informative. He listened to what was important to me (I needed a high efficiency furnace really wanted the Nest thermostat!) He was fast in replying to all of my follow-up questions and was always kind and professional. The quote he offered me included an installed 95% efficient furnace, the Nest, 3 CO2 detectors and a washable filter - I am so excited! All for hundreds less than other companies quoted me for the furnace and install alone. On the morning of the install, Joe V. and Jacob S. came to my door and from the first moment to the last they were professional, courteous and very careful with my home. During the install, Joe noticed my AC motor was really dirty so he cleaned it on the spot. He in no way had an obligation to do this - he is just good guy who values the quality of his professional field. I can't recommend the Reliance team enough!! Thank you guys!!

    AC repair

    I required a brand new cooling coil, valves at my fan unit and a total re-charge of the systems cooling refrigerant. The two Reliance Technicians; Matt F. RCH 1763 and Nathan Arsenault RCH 0983 where absolutely fantastic in their attitude, professionalism and attention to detail. Superb gentlemen, a pleasure to have them in my home they treated it like it was their own, Thank you Nathan and Matt!

    service

    received an e-mail - 50% off a 12 point check on a/c and furnace. After speaking to 2 females at the CALL CENTRE & neither believing the 50% off, not wanting to schedule the appointment, 3 managers and 2-3 hours on phone, & one week later I received my house call. Once Scott came to my home he realized I wanted maintenance not a salesman selling product. Scott listened to my story and took over. He got on his phone , made my appointment. He also sent a DETAILED message to his superiors . Two days later Pat #8302 came and serviced my A/C and furnace..... Very Thorough, Efficient, & Informative!!! So now I want to THANK Pat#8302, Scott D. , & the Sup. John V. for your assisstance to make this right!!!

    replacement furnace

    It only gets worse as the story goes on. From damage caused during installation to improper set up of the thermostat to incorrect billing. The Amana product is great however dealing with Reliance has been a nightmare. No one seems to care about all the installation problems. And no one takes ownership of the billing problems. It took 6 months to get EFT set up after many calls to see what was happening but they could never find me as someone entered our phone number wrong. Damage has never been fixed. And it took hours to clean up the mess they made having to wash the floor 5 separate times. We opted for the 1 year rental with the option to purchase which we did before the first year was up. But they screwed that up and charged both our credit card and took the money out of our bank account leaving us with no money. But of course no one could help us get our money back quickly nor has anyone ever tried to make things right. The icing on the cake was the AC not working right the first summer as the installer didn't bother to correctly set the thermostat for the size unit causing the AC to run and run and freeze up. Thankfully someone could figure it out after waiting around for a service call and he advised that it was due to lack of training of the installers. Other than a roof and the windows nothing else costs as much to replace so you hope for a good product and service. No complaints on the product but wish we went somewhere else for the purchase. Unfortunately we are now renting a tankless (again great product) from Reliance so we see their name every month in a bill as a constant reminder of a bad experience. Needless to say we revoked access to our bank account as they can't be trusted.

    Hot water tank

    Wes and Andrew came to install a new water heater & they have done a great job. Not only a professional installation and also taking care and protect my newly finish basement. Double thumbs up.

    furnace and central air

    The sales person Murray Stark was informative, polite and friendly, We were able to rent. he told us about rebates that are able to be put back into our rental fees so we could potentially not pay anything per month for a year or more. There is no obligation to do that though you can keep the money. the installation was prompt and completed .on time with ilttle to no mess. and one rebate has already been put through as the company does all the paperwork for you which is very convenient.

    furnace, water heater, air conditioner

    I had a problem with not enough water. They told me I would get a new water heater. Found out my furnace was old and the ac was old. By getting all 3, I received huge rebates. By doing the service within a day of the contract, I received a fourth bonus free month. Everything works great and I am saving money now!

    Annual furnace and AC checkup for rental equipment
