    Hot water tank

    Hot water tank stopped working. Philip sirek came out and fixed the issue in less than 30 mins. Very kind and very informative about the situation I was having. Excellent work. Thank you so much.

    New furnace, central air and water tank

    Decided to go with rental on water tank, furnace and central air unit. Installation was done within a week of deciding to do this. It was an all day event for the furnace and central air. We ended up having to have someone come back twice due to minor issues but they were there within 24 hrs. A week later they came back for the water tank and again had to have someone come back out for a minor issue. Furnace and water tank work great and we already see the benefits. Have not turned on the central air yet so not sure how that is. Only complaint is that they did not send someone out the next day to make sure everything was okay, not even a courtesy call. Here is hoping that the central air will not warrant another minor incident.

    New furnace + air conditioner

    New heating and cooling system installation by Wolf + John (team members 1117 + 2318). They were very personable, efficient, and helpful. They arrived on time, installed and tested everything, explained it all, and cleaned up afterwards. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and it was a great installation.

    Furnace/Air Conditioner

    A call regarding no heat was promptly dealt with.The furnace 14 years plus had several similar problems: I therefore felt it would make sense to replace. Bill Hopkins ,Home Comfort Advisor called and presented several options. I appreciated the time he took to explain the best plan available for me. I opted to replace the Furnace and Air Conditioner, since the Air Conditioner was older than the Furnace. At no time was any sales pressure applied. Bill promptly made arrangements for installation. All work was completed within two days. I was very impressed with the expertise displayed by all members of the Reliance Team: thank you Mark, John and Bill I would certainly recommend Reliance to anyone requiring work of a similar nature.

    Install air conditioner

    My wife and I were very pleased with our Home Comfort Adviser, Dean Timpany. He was thorough, answered our questions, was available for a phone call later when we had a question. We are very pleased.

    Water Heater replacement

    We returned from vacation to find our water heater leaking. We maintained a rental water heater because of the promise of 24 hour service. I called at approx. 8 pm and again at 10 pm and was told I would hear within a couple of hours or the next morning by 9 am. To me - this is not 24 hour service. Received a call at 8 the next morning advising they would be by in the afternoon. This caused me to miss a days work in order to be there when the contractor arrived. Once they arrived they had the new tank installed in less than an hour. I have no complaints about that - only the fact that it cost me a days work when my assumption was that 24 hour service meant it would be fixed right away.

    Air Conditioner repair

    New air conditioner installed last July was not working due to poor installation. Very good experience with the repair but poor installation. Technician, Dave S #1618 was excellent in diagnosing cause and correcting the problem. The leak was caused by poor brazing during installation resulting in refrigerant leak. Dave also was careful in checking for damage to system as result of leak and he took great care to replace valves, braze the leaking joint and evacuate the system properly before refilling with refrigerant. He also set up air flow properly as it had not been set up properly during installation.

    Furnace and air conditioning replaced

    I came home to my furnace not working in March during a cold spell. I contacted Reliance and they were able to send someone the very next day to asses the issue. The next day I saw Bill the sails person and he arranged everything for my rental. I did feel pressured and spent more than I would have liked for the contract but I felt I had no choice ay the time while in a crisis. overall we had no heat or three days and nights. I find the house cold and don't ever feel warm unless I turn it up more than I used to have to. in retrospect I would not have used this very costly alternative to fixing or replacing my furnace.

    Boiler Installation

    I would like to thank Daniel B and Andrew F for their wonderful service. They took the time to explain everything step by step and would always answer any of my questions. They were very polite and courteous. Their work was done in a timely manner as well as they took the time to clean everything. I am 100% satisfied with their service.

    Hot Water Tank

    I had one of your service advisors attend my home Chad McDaid, he was a pleasure to deal with, walked me through the problem, explained what had happened and explained how he was fixing it step by step, he was very polite, and answered any questions I had and would welcome him on any other service call I may have.
