Water tank
When we moved in to our new home, Reliance had shown up at our door step and had managed to sign us up for a new water heater. There were a number of issues that we encounted from the instilation of the water tank to the return of our old tank to the other company that didn't leave us with an overall good impression of this company. We were locked into a contact and what could we do. We had other services in our home and they noted that we needed our water heater to be 'Bonded" I called Reliance and spoke to a very friendly CSR to set up an appointment to have this corrected. Philip Sirek arrived and was able to take care of the Bonding of the water tank and was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. It was his efficient professional service that has changed my attitude of Reliance. He was fantastic and was very happy to have met him and resloved the issue.
