When we moved in to our new home, Reliance had shown up at our door step and had managed to sign us up for a new water heater. There were a number of issues that we encounted from the instilation of the water tank to the return of our old tank to the other company that didn't leave us with an overall good impression of this company. We were locked into a contact and what could we do. We had other services in our home and they noted that we needed our water heater to be 'Bonded" I called Reliance and spoke to a very friendly CSR to set up an appointment to have this corrected. Philip Sirek arrived and was able to take care of the Bonding of the water tank and was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. It was his efficient professional service that has changed my attitude of Reliance. He was fantastic and was very happy to have met him and resloved the issue.

I called to Reliance Home Comfort for a water leakage on my hot water tank, the tecnitian arrived on time. His name was Otto Kanouni. He inmediatly found the leakage and fix it. He also let us know how to set up the tank for winter or summer time. He was very proffessional and helpful. Good job Otto!!

Chad was great! He was friendly, calm and very helpful. He arrived shortly after I called with my problem. Chad clearly explained the issue and what needed to be done to fix. He also provided me very useful information about ventilation and the taps in the house. He even made sure before he left that he turned on the faucet in the bathroom to make sure that the water was running smoothly. Thank you so much! He quickly and expertly solved the issue. I also want to thank the lovely woman who took my call. I was in a panic and she was very calm and helpful. Thank you so much for your patience and knowledge. Bryan M #3705 was very professional and very accommodating to my request for service. He was extremely knowledgeable and I have complete respect for his expertise. He even drew a diagram to make sure I understood what was happening in the hot water tank!

Great, helpful salesperson. Very timely installation that was done very professionally with good clean-up. Salesperson and technicans took the time to answer all my questions. Betty Burton did a follow-up that evening after the install - quite unexpected.

James and Andrew where at the house to do a follow up on the instillation of a new furnace that requires some adjustment. They were here waiting for me and had the work completed in no time. They were fast, friendly and very polite.

The technician, Ray advised honestly that a new system was warranted & gave us Betty Burton's name. We met & due to her excellent service we purchased both heating and air con. unit. It was installed efficiently & quickly. It was a very pleasant experience all around.

Clean neat and efficient. Very polite and helpful. Extremely well trained and he was able to inform me about my hot water tank and how to properly maintain it and keep it running properly.

We had a problem with the water tank and contacted our landlord in the morning. Jake from Reliance came within a few hours and checked everything. Turns out the temp in the tank was too hot from a previous adjustment done by another company and the pressure was coming out. He set the temp back to where it needs to be and explained the fail-safes of the tank which gave us a piece of mind. Great guy, honest and very helpful.

We wish to commend the very professional work by our home comfort advisor Scott Donaldson on the installation of our new furnace and AC. He was very punctual as arranged and got down to business promptly. His ability to answer our questions on the furnace operations and the costs associated with were well beyond expectations.
